This place used to serve great fried chicken-I might have had the best fried chicken I have ever had in this place about two years ago, right when Covid was wrapping up its vicious end. Unfortunately, the food is no longer what it used to be. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's just not the same. That said, it's not bad food, but it certainly used to be a lot better. I hope it will return to its former glory. We will certainly continue visiting this place.Voir plus

Je m'attendais à mieux. Certais très chère & les portion etait minuscule. La poutine avait 4 morceaux de fromage à l'intérieur...si c'est pas trois. Le goût du poulet était bon par contre. On c'est aussi prix deux petit pain à part & il goûtait le vieux. Je ne retournerai plus à ce restaurant...Voir plus

Mais qu'est-ce qu'il se passe donc... Pain froid, sauce insuffisante, ognon grossièrement coupé. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur de leurs standards... ni de leurs prix (cela devrait coûter 5-6$ & non pas le double!)Voir plus

Sommes allés ma femme & moi aujourd'hui 28 février, journée de bordée de neige à votre établissement (Jack le coq) pour la première fois & avons bien été servis très bonne qualité pour le poulet croustillant à souhait mais peux pas dire la même chose pour les frites que nous avons trouvé très ordinaire genre Benny's. Nous souhaiterions que vous goûteriez aux frites de Costco qui sont d'excellentes & croustillantes frites tout comme celles du IGA pour leurs repas sur place. Si vous pouviez remplacer vos frites pour celles mentionnées ça vaudrait une étoile de plus !!!Voir plus

This is the third time I've had chicken from this place. The food is delicious. There is plenty of seating available & there is a small parking lot. I ordered takeout & I was a little surprise how long I had to wait for my meal . As I've seen people coming in after me, & receiving their orders & leaving while I had to wait.. The staff are friendly & helpful. But it's not cheap, I find it a little expensive for the portion. Because of this, I only order occasionally.Voir plus

Before posting my review, we had first done take out & then dined in a month later in order to be more accurate with the review. Sandwiches were very good! Chicken was moist & crispy. Service & atmosphere was very good. All in all we enjoyed the food & the experience!Voir plus

I didn't know they did full fried chicken pieces & accidentally ordered that when I wanted strips. Possibly the worst fried chicken I've ever had. Bad in so many ways it's hard to start. The little wood fork they give is not strong enough to remove meat from the bone & the chicken seemed to be an unusually high amount of very strong ligaments (I don't think that can be their fault)
Just make sure you open strips.
To the restaurant: you are so bad at frying chicken you really should check what a customer means be "3 piece combo"Voir plus
