It's a nice place for chicken but their food is not consistent. Every time I've visited so far something has changed whether its breading for the chicken to the way they season their fries (the current August 2026 version is my least favourite- too much seasoning) or even the cut (rn it's waffle) of their fries. My last visit prior to this, the tenders were much smaller & the trio came with a pickle & bread bun. This time no extras were in my box. Since this place is quite expensive for quick service food (3 piece tender trio came out to 23$), I would expect the food to be fresh, consistent & the fact that it isn't always makes me want to frequent them less in favor for other, similar restaurants.

Their chicken is not up to the authentic Jack Le Coq standard-my first & last time at this place.
Burnt, dry, probably refried.

they forgot the fries in my order. i called & they told me I will be issued a refund for the missing item, but that refund never arrived (now a week later).
