I'm not a big supporter of chain restaurants. In mile end I rather have more local shops. I must say people who work here have good heart. I was given very good treatment on a random Wednesday night .

Probably the best JLC location on the island. Have gotten their sandwiches / chicken pieces quite a few times & have never been disappointed.

The food was great. Chicken was really crunchy & tasty. They messed up my order on uber eats. However, after I notified the store to inform them, they did what they could to make it right. Excellent customer service

The chicken is amazing. Seriously. Probably the best in town. Hot honey dip sauce & gravy also delicious. Don't expect southern style Mac & cheese. More like KD. Fries are a little undercooked. The chicken makes up for it. Don't order on ubereats if it's for a pick up order. Check your bag they sometimes forget items. But if there's an issue the customer service is great.

Le poulet en lui-même est à la fois juteux & croustillant, mais malheureusement en sandwich celui-ci reste insipide. J'avais très peu de sauce & que des cornichons (spécial du jour). J'aurais aimé avoir un léger kick de salade de chou ou une tranche de tomate en complément.

The place has a fun look & the people at the service counter are nice & efficient. In theory, their made-to-order chicken is good, however, I got food poisoning from here. I was out of commission for 2.5 weeks. A friend of mine also got sick after eating here. So they likely need to brush up on their food safety & handling.

The food is good but the service i sreally bad i ordered a trio with coleslaw & a root beer & i got a side of fries with no root beer Edit**** They refunded me basically right away

The food is good, but only if you plan on getting takeout. The place has NO A/C. We sat for 5 minutes to get our order & we were sweating buckets.
