Le poulet frit est parfait!!! ENFIN, un vrai cup de miel!! 4 points à améliorer: - La musique est un peu trop forte - Les menus qui changent aux 10 secondes ne nous laissent pas emmagasiner l'information assez rapidement! - Le milshake à 5.95$ est un peu petit pour le prix. - La porte dans la salle de bain pour personne à mobilité réduite est TRÈS lourde & le crochet en haut de la porte est difficile d'accès pour ces personnes. J'ai du aider ma mère. Pour ces 4 points -1 étoile. On reviendra, assurément, il y a toujours de la place à l'amélioration & c'est tellement bon! Merci,

Mangé sur place. Combo 4 morceaux + frites. Pas très généreux la portion de frite. Pas de coutaux pour couler le poulet. Ustensiles vraiment cheap. Impossible de manger le poulet autrement qu'avec les mains. Il n'y avait pas de couteau !!!. Belle place rétro, quand même propre. Style PFK mais mieux décoré.

Délicieux! Le poulet était croustillant à l'extérieur & juteux à l'intérieur... très bon. De plus, la caissière était très gentille.

Premier essai… La bouffe est bonne, sauce brune est bonne… sauf qu’ils sont vrm cheap avec la salade de chou.
J’ai payé (en uber eats) 4$ pour une salade de choux « régulière ». À en juger par sa taille, ça ne vaut pas le prix.
Bref je le saurais pour la prochaine fois si jamais je recommande de cette chaîne.

I finally tried Jack Le Coq fried chicken. The chicken itself is brined giving it flavour & "juiciness", however the batter leaves a lot to be desired. The batter itself is unseasoned & too thick. It is a wet batter so if applied too thick it just makes a doughy crust with a slime layer between it & the chicken.
The pieces themselves are very strange. I don't know who's cutting these pieces or if they just buy pre-cut chicken pieces. I bought an 8-piece & I had two tails & a neck?! I find that very odd & frankly, lazy. I have photos, but it seems I cannot post them here. For the price you pay, you should expect them to be a little more discerning about what they feed you.
Lastly, there were only 2 customers there on a Saturday at 11:45am, yet the bathrooms were dirty & smelled awful. I opened the door & just backed out of there.
One & done for this diner, sorry.
2-stars because the Franchise Business plan & branding were on-point. Unfortunately their product is more the branding rather than the chicken. Nice boxes.
