Cuisine : Le poulet ne goûte pas le poulet. Il est trop cuit & très gras. La peau du poulet est brûlée & baigne dans l'huile. Nous avons trouvé une abeille dans le pot de sauce!! UNE ABEILLE.

Les prix sont astronomiques pour la qualité de la nourriture.

Service : L'employé au comptoir m'a regardé 20 minutes après mon arrivée & m'a demandé si je voulais commander. Je lui ai répondu que oui & elle m'a demandé de patienter encore. Elle n'était pas très courtoise. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour notre nourriture.

Ambiance : l'ambiance dans le restaurent est assez chaotique & c'est sale partout.

Ya aucune chance que je donne plus qu'une étoile pour ce restaurent.

La musique bien qu'elle soit arabique , libanaise
Elle est quand même très forte. Les sandwichs & autres c'était bien. En ce qui attrait au service il y a place à l'amélioration.

J'ai essayé pour la première fois Jack le Coq à Verdun. C'était incroyable, j'en ai parlé à plein de gens, je croyais avoir trouvé un des meilleurs fast foods du coin.
Ce soir j'ai essayé celui de Laval & j'ai trouvé ça dégueulasse. Je vous laisse en tirer vos propres conclusions.

Très dommage , car la nourriture est très bonne.
Par contre , le service à clientèle très mauvais & on doit attendre très longtemps avant de recevoir notre repas.
C'était la première & dernière fois que je vais à ce restaurant. Je le recommande aucunement à cause du service à clientèle & l'attente.

Dimanche soir 17:10, j'arrive avec ma famille dont mes deux jeunes enfants, nous avons été servi à la caisse à 17:17, pendant le temps d'attente, nous essayons de nous trouver une table propre dans le restaurant, car toutes celles-ci étaient sales. Il nous aura fallu attendre 30 minutes comme la plus part de la clientèle ce soir pour recevoir notre repas à 17:50. C'est inacceptable.
