Employée de la caisse très méprisante & impatiente. Elle s est trompée dans le choix de sauce & a tenté de me facturer 4$ de plus pour la changer, avec un regard agressif. Il semble qu' entendre du français la mer en colère.

Je suis très déçu de mon expérience dans ce restaurant. J'ai commandé un trio, mais j'ai dû attendre plus d'une heure avant de le recevoir. En plus, le personnel s'est trompé trois fois sur ma commande. La première fois, il manquait les frites. La deuxième fois, ils ont mis la mauvaise sauce. Finalement, j'ai reçu la mauvaise saveur de poulet. Le service était très lent & le personnel semblait désorganisé. Même si les employés étaient polis, cette expérience était vraiment frustrante. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant & je n'ai pas l'intention d'y retourner à l'avenir.

Really bad service. Never ending wait for my order & multiple mistakes. When I spoke to the manager (man with the cap & ponytail) he told me if I'm not happy that I could go somewhere else next time if I'm not happy. How about an apology & some decent customer service? I will never step foot in this restaurant again & neither should you.

On a commander en livraison le burger est arrivé tout ouvert, le pain étais tout mouillé, la salade étais dégeulasse. Ils nous ont donner les mauvaises boissons & il manquait une frite. Très déçu

I'm 12 years old & it's been my favorite restaurant since I tried it(3 years ago).now I spend every birthday there cause it's my favorite.everything there is super delicious but I would recommend the most the fried chicken trio but instead of fries I take mac & cheese & gravy for the chicken.my birthday is coming up in les than a week & I'm super exited to go there
