Nous adorons Jack Astor's mais probablement comme à bien d'autres endroits il manque clairement de personnel le service à été lent & sans aucun suivi . La nourriture était bonne comme à l'habitude .

very quiet place with great atmosphere! The waiters are very friendly & attentive. The food is delicious & I honestly give 3 stars because it took them exactly 40 minutes to bring our food! They must improve on that! In everything else I highly recommend it.

Je n'avais pas été au Jack Astor depuis au moins 2 ans avant la covid...donc vraiment longtemps! J'ai été ravie de leur donner une autres chance (après tellement de deceptions chaque année). La nourriture était excellente, le menu avait tellement changer & pour le mieux selon moi! Il y a une bonne diversité de choix, possibilité de manger plus santé que juste de la bouffe de bar & les drinks sont Nice aussi!

We popped into this bar & grill after doing some early Christmas shopping at the mall this restaurant is located in. As soon as we walked in, I had a bit of a'deja-vu' feeling. The decor is very reminiscent of the Original Joe's chain of restaurants operating in western Canada. A Google search informed me that the 2 chains are not related, but clearly both were designed with the same clients in mind.The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are as well. I had the Chicken Strips. I've eaten a lot of this dish over the years in many different establishments. These were some of the best I have ever had. They white meat was tender & moist, the ciating was light & slightly crunchy. It's an awesome combination. To top the dish off, the fries were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, & completely grease free. Picture skin-on McDonald's fries without the grease & too much salt that is common. My wife had a Thai bowl that she described as "fantastic." Last big bonus: large, clean washroom that provides users the option of using an air dryer or paper towels. I personally dislike the air dry option, so I appreciated the access to paper towels.

Service un peux bizarre, nous étions un groupe de 20 , un peux poussée pour débarrasser la table parce qu il aurait un autre groupe après nous ,... nous sommes allez au bar & personne n étais assis à notre table.
