I remember a better Jack Astor's...
Friday evening,
We were three (2 adults & a minor),
The place was not packed.

- food was ok/good but overpriced for what you get. Shrinkflation is a thing here.

- staff was friendly but service was a bit slow. I heard 'coming with your drinks' at least 5-6 times. We had to ask for utensils as well when the food came?!

I30$ (tip included) bill for 3 burgers with fries, 2 drinks, 1 mocktail....

I miss pre-covid times I guess...

Really average food & service. We ordered burgers & it didn't even come close to a Harvey's burger & fries. It blows my mind that a restaurant like this can't deliver a really good burger that is worth $25. Come on folks, you really need to up your game.

Bonne bouffe & belle ambiance, la musique est bonne ! J'adore le burger, même s'il était un peu rosée cette fois. & Clara donne un très bon service, toujours souriante & à l'écoute ! ⭐?

Our server, Xavier was very helpful, attentive & polite. We are American & dont speak French so it was great that he knew English & made the ordering process very simple. We enjoyed our meals - burgers, Mexican rice bowl & chicken tacos.

C'est cher pour pas grand chose de qualité. Les calmars frits pas de sauce même si on a demander 3 fois.
Burger correct.
Les drinks pas fameux. Trop sucré pas assez d'alcool

Très bons burgers. Menu enfant avec nombreux choix. On peut regretter un peu d'attente pour les plats. Sinon service super & belle qualité générale.

Had a great meal last night with my BFF! Hostess staff excellant, great table service by Jay as our waiter, food arrived fast, their Holy Smoke BBQ Burger is to die for (Jack's, never remove this from your menu!) & one of the main reasons I eat here.
My friend asked for her meal to be reheated & they were very courteous & did exactly that with smiles & all !
Only wish they'd bring back the Fish n Chips with their excellant house coleslaw, best ever (& I should know being a Brit !!)
Thank you all once again 🙏
