Née en Issan, Cheffe Pamika retrouve ses origines en cuisine avec le pari surprenant de l’alliance des terroirs : marier les piments et les tanins, le panier de bambou et le vin au verre, le grain de riz et le grain de raisin.
Cuisine d’Issan : fraîche, simple, saisissante
A l’heure du repas en Issan, on partage tout. Des plats traditionnels (salade de papaye som tam, poulet grillé gai yang) aux classiques revisités (Moo Kata, Thai BBQ et Thai Hot Pot), on picore dans l’assiette des voisins et on arrose le repas de vin et de sato.

Very lovely place. Great decor & attention to details. Our waiter was very friendly & professional. Food is on a pricey side & portions are not very big but that gives you an option to order more than one dish to enjoy the variety of flavors. Grilled beef tongue is amazing! Couldn't take photos of all dishes because we were extremely hungry after hiking all day, but those are small details that stands out. Chiken from set menu absolutely amazing. Service attentif, convivial & impeccable comme rarement vu de nos jours. La nourriture ne se démarque pas des autres restaurants thaïlandais ...je n'ai pas apprécié mon repas car trop pimenté même si j'ai demandé le moins de piments possible ( je crois qu'il est toujours possible de doser la quantité de piments mise dans la préparation d'un plat sans altérer l'authenticité du plat!)Voir plus

Im sorry, but waiting an hour to get the first plate of Appetizer is unacceptable. I understand that it was a busy night, but it's very obvious that the current size of the kitchen cannot accommodate the seating capacity you guys have. We were a table of 5, got there at 830, service was super slow.. we left at around 1130...& we didn't even have dessert. They were clearly understaffed in the kitchen. It was a Friday night, restaurant was not even close to half capacity. Food is really good but portions are not worth the price.Voir plus
Wine room is a cute bar, perfect for catching up with friends or a date night. We ordered the sharing platter & the chicken satay skewers, Bangkok rolls, & the deep fried pork balls were clear standouts! The cocktails were good but nothing exceptional. Service was quick. Super ambiance! Venu à l'improviste avec un ami, j'ai été accueilli comme un bon copain! L'équipe est super friendly, on sent qu'ils sont content d'y être également. First time here Food was great but portions were very small for the price. Service was good but waiter kept dissapearing. We poured our wine mant times. The plates are for sharing but we kept having to ask for utensils since there was no way to serve yourself unless you were using your own used utensils. The personal side plates are way too small for use to take food to share. Bill starting tip came with 18% option & no 15% option which is pretty rediculous. I have been in the industry for over 20 years. These kinds of things make no sense. Turn off. Atmosphere It was nice inside but a very quiet night for a weekend. Perhaps the storm. But was nice.
