Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience on Yalda Night.
We had purchased $81 tickets & were expecting a special program & proper hospitality for this particular occasion, but almost nothing went according to plan.
• The artistic program, which was announced to start at 8:30 PM, began with a one-hour delay (at 9:30 PM).
• The food was of very poor quality: the koobideh was truly one of the worst I've ever had (it had a strong off smell & no good flavor), & the chicken was completely dry & tasteless.
• The Yalda dessert was just a simple jelly with a few pomegranate seeds ,not at all up to restaurant standards.
• Overall, the hospitality & organization were very weak & disorganized.
Given the ticket price & the special occasion, we expected much more. I hope the restaurant management takes the feedback seriously & improves the quality

We had an amazing time here & honestly enjoyed every minute of it. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the food was absolutely outstanding. The quality of the ingredients really stood out - everything tasted fresh, rich, & thoughtfully prepared. This is genuinely one of the best Iranian restaurants we've ever been to. You can feel the passion behind the food. Highly recommended, & we'll definitely be back!

We were a group on 10 ladies (50+) who dined here this evening (Sat). The food & ambiance were top shelf. We were well received & didn't expect to have so much fun - from Belly dancer to DJ all in one night. Come for the quality food, stay for the fun.

Not the best Persian restaurant you can find in Montreal, but it's a nice place run by a very lovely family & specially a lady who is always has a nice positive vibe & asking everyone about their food & service quality. Dj is very nice guy (Abtin) & in some special events another lovely Dj ( Nastaran) who she is professional & highly educated. Don't miss live Arabic dance performance by a lovely Moroccan dancer.

First of all 5 stars for the Clean Wide Toilet! The staff was friendly & helpful specially : Dina Like the grilled option , but the rice wasn't delicious ( need more oil(fat) & Zaafaron) .. The salad was a sample not real portion for the mix plate.( like the delicious sauce of the salad ) Didn't like the appetizer ( eggplant with tomato) but my family liked it. The cream brûlée should be with zaafron but no taste for it ! Only colour! Good quality of meat but I don't know if I would repeat it due to the price. 200$ for 3 ! I think it's bit pricey. But nice to try it .. was in our list.

My husband & I visited Montreal from Southern California & had an absolutely delightful experience at Ispahan. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our waitress, Latifeh, was incredibly nice & professional, making sure we had everything we needed. The owner was also super nice & kind, which made our visit even more special. The quality of the food was exceptional, with every dish tasting fresh & delicious. The restaurant itself was immaculate, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary entertainment, which added a unique touch to our evening. The prices for both dinner & appetizers were very reasonable, making Ispahan a great value for the quality & service provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great Persian dining experience in Montreal!

A bit more expensive compared to other persian restaurants around. The food tasted great, but I did not like the atmosphere a lot. Again, the food was expensive especially considering the portions (again comparing to other persian restaurants), but the quality was very good.

We just had our friends gathering & dinner in this restaurant. I had a much better experience previously but tonight was disappointing. My food quality was very poor (kebab koobideh). It was served too late & cold. ( when served my friends had already finished their dishes). I asked the waitress several times for my beer. Finally after all, the price was expensive for this dish. By the way, I paid the tip but I hope they improve their quality & service for other clients.

Friendly staff, Food was ok (I do have high standards for Persian food), rice was poorly cooked (all mashed up), tried the Kababe Torsh… wasn’t that sour (meat quality was good tho). Jooje is good (but this one is hard to mess up)
