The food was really good. But unfortunately the service was so terrible. The waitress barely came to see us, we had to get up multiple times to try to find her, even just to order our food. Some of the members of our group wanted to enjoy some drinks for the happy hour, but could only get 1 drink in because our waitress never came within an hours time to see if we wanted more. For the first set of drinks, it took forever to come & almost came at the same time as our meal. Foe one of the members of our group, their food came almost 10 minutes after everyone else's. We had 3 kids as part of our group & the food took so long to come (mainly because the waitress took a long time to come to take our order), they were getting so hungry & restless.
This was a Tuesday night.
Otherwise the place had a great vibe.
J'ai commandé une pizza calabrese. La sauce tomate est simple & savoureuse. Les garnitures sont bonnes & fraîche mais en quantité correcte. Servie avec des ciseaux & la découpe de la pizza est à sa guise. Ça fait différents des pizzarias des années 90 où la pizza était coupée & que la serveuse servait le premier morceau. Ambiance de resto-bar, plusieurs drinks au menu. Service rapide & courtois.
Samedi soir 23 mars, wow franchement excellent service. Belle découverte, en commençant par l'accueil par la propriétaire, une fois à la table, elle est venue nous offrir un p'tit drink à déguster, la serveuse a donné un service impeccable, ainsi que tous les employés. & que dire de la nourriture, bruchetta, portion généreuse & goûteuse, pizza au four à bois. Tout était parfait. On reviendra assurément! Merci pour cette belle soirée.
Très mauvais service (personne n'a remplis les verres d'eau, nous avons demandé du pain supplémentaire & il n'est jamais arrivé, personne n'est venu nous voir afin que nous commandions des drinks supplémentaires, longs délais entre les services ...).
Dommage puisque la nourriture était excellente.
