The food is amazing here. I had my dinner there two days straight. Every dish is delicious, but my personal favorite is the Fruits De Mar. Only one thing, I do think the Jasmine rice is slightly dry for my taste. Overall, I highly recommend everyone to try it.View more

Excellent restaurant. Avec une bonne variété de plats. Que se soit pour partager un repas entre amis avec de bon tapas ou, plutôt traditionnel avec à chacun son propre plat, il y en a pour tout les goûts. Les plats sont travaillés & très bien présentés. Le pain naan est très bon! Pour ce qui est des tapas, la quantité & les portions sont bien adaptées pour partager. Les plats principaux sont presque suffisant pour se rassasier, au besoin vous pouvez prendre un tapas ou un pain naan en plus & la job sera faite! Par contre, c'est une place qui offre un très bon service mais le prix va avec. Les tapas vont de 15$ à 25$, & les plats principaux vont de 20$ à 30$. Je recommande, à faire au moins une fois! (Les chaises suspendus sont inconfortable & peu ergonomique)View more

Indian Rosa clearly aims for a top-tier dining experience, & their amazing decor certainly sets the stage. However, our recent visit revealed significant shortcomings that suggest their ambition isn't matched by their execution or management.
Things started off on the wrong foot when our order of raita was mistakenly served as bhartha. While a simple error, it was a precursor to more significant issues with the food itself. Both the butter chicken & saag paneer were extremely sweet, & the overall masala flavor was noticeably off. We asked them to remake the dishes, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, it seemed they simply added more degi Mirch instead of hari Mirch, resulting in a'meh' taste that did little to rectify the initial problems.
The service further deteriorated when it came time to get the bill. There was a big delay because another table was apparently having an issue paying. What was most frustrating was the lack of managerial support in resolving this. A manager should have stepped in to support their servers & ensure the rest of the diners weren't impacted. This incident highlighted a clear flaw in their management structure, which falls well short of what's needed for a restaurant striving for top-tier status.
While the ambiance is impressive, the missteps in the kitchen & the apparent managerial inefficiencies unfortunately overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit.View more

This is my first time that i went to India Rosa mont royal situated near the metro mont royal. Easily get the restaurant by seven to eight minutes walk or by bus which drops you just Infront of the restaurant.
It was quite a good place for all whether they are vegetarian or non vegetarian.The prices are also moderate & the bar also has a separate place. The atmosphere is so calming & quiet too.
I just tried a couple of things but they were good in taste.View more

Very good food, absolutely amazing. But it is worth to note that they will mention times & times again that its a 1h30 hour service (when you reserve, when you come, when they sit you down). It really does make you feel welcome.
I'd like to add that there's a new law since may 7th about tip that makes every place that offers tipping service to tip before taxes. They put the tip AFTER. Therefore they do not respect the new law passed in quebec as of today (may 17th).
I hope that by next time, they correct this as it is illegal.
Service is very slow for pushing the 1h30 required time that you can stay on site.
Anyway, the food is great, I will come again & hope for a better service.View more
