Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.
Nous voulions exécuter cette symbiose parfaite entre notre culture indienne et la « Montréalité » que nous vivons depuis plus de 30 ans !

From the outside, the establishment is beautiful. As soon as you walk in the door, you're taken away by the smell of what the chefs are cooking. Inside it's a very sophisticated & romantic atmosphere with beautiful decor. Our waitress were very kind, & didn't hesitate explaining some of the items on the menu - very welcomed for us since it was our first time trying authentic Indian food. The food was absolutely delicious, matched the wonderful smells from when we walked in, & the portions were generous. 10/10 would recommend & 100% will be going back!Voir plus

I had an amazing brunch at this restaurant! I've been here for dinner in the evening before, but this was my first time trying their brunch, & it did not disappoint. Manager Denis was very attentive, & his staff was incredibly kind & welcoming. The service was excellent, & the food, wow! Everything was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. I loved it, food was delicious, not spicy (how I like it), very flavourful & great portions. It is a little overpriced but everything is overpriced nowadays. Restaurant was clean, big & spacious & the service was excellent. I would just add a little bit more ambiance with the music but I would recommend to anyone who likes or want to try indian food.
