Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.
Nous voulions exécuter cette symbiose parfaite entre notre culture indienne et la « Montréalité » que nous vivons depuis plus de 30 ans !

Its a great place to have indian food , its definitely a premium restaurant with great ambience , Food quality & presentation is pretty good , My only complaint would be the quantity of starters , I wish they could increase the quantity of the starters for the price. First of all, le service au bar était IMPECCABLE. Le smoothie était divinement bon & que dire des oeufs benedictines au poulet au beurre.. wow ! Ok je n'avais pas mangé depuis 48h but still c'etait excellent dans tous les cas !Voir plus

We found this restaurant on Google & our love of Indian food drew us here during our weekend stay in Montreal. Upon entry, it was not at all what we were expecting. There was a live DJ & the dining room was packed with a nightclub vibe. Since it was a Saturday at 9pm, we went along with it & sat down with menus. Our server was very friendly & knew the menu well. We ordered a bottle of wine, followed by two tapas & a main to share. Now, the food was absolutely incredible! We had the tandoori mushrooms to start, which were stuffed with paneer (I believe), marinated in spices & grilled. Phenomenal! The channa masala we had to share was perhaps the most flavourful I have ever had, with each spice & note hitting the pallet at just the right time. Our next visit would probably take place during the week, though if you enjoy a lively dining experience Saturday is your night! All in all a great date night, & fabulous food. Great brunch food & vibe. We went there with a group of friends & they accommodated few extra people that showed up as part of our group. The set up was quick & easy. We celebrated our sons birthday & they waitress was very friendly & warming to the occasion. The food & drinks were great. Food was brunch with a slight touch of Indian cusine. Super découverte, nouvelle cuisine indienne, bien situé, super ambiance, super serveuses. Pas mal hors de prix (250$ pour deux, deux cocktails, 3 tapas, 2 plats principaux & deux desserts), faites attention aux prix des tapas, les crevettes en tapas coûtent le même prix qu'un plat principal ! Soyez initiés aux plats indiens, la majorité sont en sauce, les non initiés peuvent être déçus. Chaudement recommandé pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la cuisine indienne raffinée.
