Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.
Nous voulions exécuter cette symbiose parfaite entre notre culture indienne et la « Montréalité » que nous vivons depuis plus de 30 ans !

L'ambiance a été un peu gâché par l'alarme de feu & aussi on a dû se déplacer parce qu'on recevait l'eau du climatiseur, mais comme d'habitude on mange super bien au India Rosa.Voir plus

It was my first time with my gf at Griffintown India Rosa. The staff was very nice & polite. The food & vibes both were awesome apart from few flies. Their Gobi 65 & panner pepper masala were definitely a chef's kiss. I find the portion of appetizers were very less according to the price. The mock tails were good too. In dessert we had Crème Brûlée À La Cardamome. It was yummy. All in all our food experience was really great. Would definitely recommend it & want to come back again:)Voir plus

🔟/10! Service au bar par deux (jeunes) employés gentils, attentionnés, polis. Très belle ambiance, un très beau resto, chic! Les cocktails sont préparés avec soin, différents, & tellement bons, comme le Mlle Rosa garnie de sa branche de thym qui a été légèrement enflammée avant de m'être servi, un délice! En 10-12 minutes, on nous a servi les crevettes Malai: crevettes géantes marinées à la cardamone & aux noix de cajou: qui gouttent le ciel, & ensuite le Poulet au beurre: tendres morceaux de poulet désossés, marinés au yogourt & épices indiennes, cuits dans une sauce crème & tomates 😋. The atmosphere was great. Real nice drink selection. We stuck to the tapas menu. Potato patty's were over worked but the flavor was all there. Chicken was great. Tandoori paneer was ok. On another visit I'd get into the curry's which I have a feeling would be better.Voir plus

She was attentive, knowledgeable, & made excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Her friendly demeanor & professionalism were truly appreciated. The presentation was great, the food & the atmosphere were not. The paneer was beyond dry & served with an overly spicy sauce. The butter chicken was made with poor quality chicken & the biryani was average at best - something you would expect to find at a local food court. But what made the experience absolutely unbearable was the overwhelming amount of flies surrounding every table. Customers across the restaurant were visibly annoyed as they had to swat flies during their entire meal.
