Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.
Nous voulions exécuter cette symbiose parfaite entre notre culture indienne et la « Montréalité » que nous vivons depuis plus de 30 ans !

I loved everything that we ordered execpt the cocktail ( a bit too bitter & strong for me) but their Gulab Jamun , oh girl, those just came straight from heaven 😍 , & they prepare those by themselves- I so wanted to have the recipe but guess what I will come to India Rosa (Griff.) again n again just to have those jamuns 😘😘Voir plus

We booked a table for our anniversary. When we arrive the hostess said that our reservation was on the bar which was not true. Our spot on the bar was not good, my wife was in a position that any one that pass next to her can be push her chair. our waiter was very attentive & nice. We spend there 1:30 & a few tables were never use for any one. so maybe a better distribution on tables can improve the experience. thank you.Voir plus

Lovely experience last night! The eggplant Bharta was so incredibly delicious, & the onion entree as well. Our waitress was amazing & was very knowledgeable about the drinks & the food, to help us make our choices; it definitely added to the whole experience. A little on the pricier side though.Voir plus

The food is average but the prices are on the higher side. The biryani didn't hit the mark-it tasted more like pulao, with an unexpected overload of chat masala that doesn't belong in traditional biryani, leaving the chicken bland & flavorless. The chicken korma, however, was decent, & garlic naan was enjoyable-both soft & crispy. Cocktails are pricey, & while they're decent, they're nothing beyond what you'd get at a typical restaurant. Fantastic Indian brunch menu ! Lots of flavor, quantity, presentation & freshness. We got the sweet waffles with grilled pineapples & chicken & masala waffles. We wanted to order everything on the menu. Service was great, no long wait time, waitress took time to explain us the menu. Restaurant is clean & spacious & beautiful decoration. I don't like the way you impose gratuity on the customers. I can understand if it's a table of 6 or more people, but we were just two people having dinner. I think I am entitled to chose how much I want to tip the server. What if I don't like your service, you still expect me to pay the gratuity? You need to change your attitude & be a little less entitled. I've gone through the comments & I can see how over-sensitive you are to any criticism. On the flipside, the food was great.
