The food is still okay, but the utensils are always not properly cleaned - you can visibly see they are dirty. They were even temporarily shut down before because of hygiene issues, yet the utensils are still not clean.

Most importantly, the man handling the payments always intentionally overcharges by a few dollars. It's not just once or twice - it happens every single time, usually an extra $2-5 added to the bill. Please be careful. After scanning the code & placing your order, there is already a total shown, so you can calculate it yourself with tax & tip included.

La nourriture est correcte, mais les ustensiles sont toujours mal lavés - on peut clairement voir qu'ils ne sont pas propres. L'établissement a même déjà été fermé temporairement pour des problèmes d'hygiène, pourtant les ustensiles restent sales.

Le plus important, c'est l'homme qui s'occupe des paiements : il ajoute toujours quelques dollars de plus intentionnellement. Ce n'est pas arrivé une ou deux fois, mais à chaque fois, il y a environ 2 à 5 $ de trop sur la facture. Faites attention. Après avoir scanné le code & passé la commande, le total est déjà affiché, donc vous pouvez facilement recalculer vous-même avec les taxes & le pourboire.

Every time I scan the QR code, it shows the total for the food. I then add the tax & a 15% tip myself, so I already know exactly how much I should be paying.

But the guy with the braids who takes the payment always starts punching numbers into his calculator. Every single time, he comes up with an amount that's about $2 more than what I calculated.

I always correct him on the spot, & he just smiles & says,'Sorry,' then explains that he made a mistake.

I can understand making a mistake once or twice, but not more than five times.

& the last time, my friend went there. Because he spoke Mandarin instead of Cantonese, the guy automatically charged him an 18% tip. When my friend asked why it was 18%, he said,'It's our policy.'

Meilleur endroit pour vivre l'expérience Dim Sum sur la rive-sud. Très grande sélection à prix raisonnable. Les saveurs sont rendez-vous. Je vous recommande chaudement le canard de pékin, les rouleaux à pâte de riz CharSiu, CharSiu bao-porc bbq & Siumai- boulettes porc & crevettes.

J'ai été déçu par mon expérience dans ce restaurant. La nourriture n'était malheureusement pas fraîche, ce qui s'est particulièrement remarqué avec le calamar. Il baignait vraiment dans beaucoup trop d'huile, ce qui lui donnait une texture lourde & désagréable.
Le service était correct, mais l'ensemble du repas n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour le moment, surtout si vous cherchez des fruits de mer ou des produits frais.
Je suis navré d'avoir eu cette mauvaise expérience, j'espère que la cuisine pourra s'améliorer à l'avenir.

Nous y sommes allé pour souper & avons pris un combo. La soupe hot & sour était délicieuse, mais tout le reste était fade & sans goût.
Le bouillon de la soupe Wonton ne goûtait rien, les wonton (au porc) sans goût. Les raviolis au beurre d'arachides flottaient dans l'eau.
Le boeuf à l'orange était dure ( trop cuit).
Pour le reste aucun goût.
Je crois que c'est le pire restaurant asiatique où j'ai mangé.

Bonjour, je fais ce commentaire car j'ai mangé aussi mal la nourriture très fade ,boulettes de boeuf pas cuite,les nouilles sans goût, la soupe won ton sans goût, riz manquait de poulet surtout pour le prix qu'il a coûté je peux dire que jamais nous allons commander a ce restaurant

This is the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.

They clearly do not understand the meaning of basic respect & customer service. Despite having a reservation, we were completely ignored upon arrival. The man at the front desk had his back turned to the customers, focused on a tablet instead of welcoming guests. He ignored us for over 10 minutes. When my husband tried to talk to him & let him know that we had a reservation, he made a hand gesture to tell him to stop talking & continued to ignore us.

Another employee eventually came & showed us to our table, but did not provide menus or water. We tried several times to get the attention of the servers, but they continued to ignore us. It took 30 minutes just to receive a menu & another 40 minutes before anyone took our order. We had to ask for everything ourselves. The staff appeared nonchalant & visibly bothered by our presence.

The atmosphere was extremely unpleasant & stressful. The food was bland, basic, & overpriced.

To make matters worse, they added the tip themselves without asking us or giving us the opportunity to choose the amount we wanted to leave.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

the food is fine but way understaffed. dishes shouldn't come out 1 at a time with 10 minutes between each. won't be back for a while.
