The food was great however the service was slow. Prices are somewhat expensive.
Calamari was super chewy, tasted like it came out of a freezer. My risotto was inedible - I had to send it back. Pizzas were fair. Carbonara was dry & lacked flavour. Parmesan was not freshly grated.
Great ambiance, the whole group enjoyed the food, service, courtesy from staff & the wine lovers enjoyed the wine recommendation from the staff. TOP! Thank you .

Great night, great food & service!!! My partner & I shared the antipasto Fornetto which we order every time we come here. Delicious !!! I had pizza last night which never disappoints, a real taste of Italy!! My partner had veal which he really enjoyed, which speaks volumes being as he is super critical. Lol!! Not our first time at Il Fornetto & definitely not our last!! Thank you everyone at the Fornetto!!
I recently dined at this Italian restaurant, & I must say, it was an excellent experience. The food was great, each dish bursting with authentic flavors that transported me back to Italy. Moreover, the service was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above & beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I can't wait to return ! 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! The food & the service was excellent! Best pizza in Montreal/Lachine. Just went back last weekend. Best calamari & the carbonara was AMAZING!!!! Will definitely go back!! As usually, the food was amazing!!!! Thank you Il Fornetto for making our celebration memorable!!!!
Went to eat there last night with my husband & it was absolutely AMAZING!! The food is delicious. The service was great, the waitress kept coming to see if we needed anything & our water was refilled constantly. Such a great dining experience!! I definitely recommend this restaurant!!!
I came here for Valentine's Day with my gf & the vibe was perfect, the decor is rustic & charming but still sophisticated. Great vibe overall. The service was excellent. Our waiter visited us early & often & was very kind & patient with us. The food was fantastic. My gf & I both got different pasta dishes & both were excellent. The pasta was cooked perfectly & the sauces were delicious. We ordered a lemon granita for dessert which completed the meal & was very refreshing.
The view of the lake from our table was very beautiful. The food was good & we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend.
