Exceptional service from Tommy, we will come back just for him. Attentive & friendly. He made our first visit an experience. Venue is wonderful. A gem!

Unfortunately it has changed. Use to be good food. They lost a client who went there for years. The veal was hard like plastic the pasta had no taste . Service was so so. Too bad. Who can afford to lose clients these day at $150 for 2 people with 0 drinks . Not a good move. I complained they said sorry. lol. So never again. 0 buisness knowledge big 0
Great experience !! service & food were fantastic...we have never been disappointed when visiting ! Pizzas are awesome , risotto delicious,pastas amazing & their tiramisu is a must !!
Food ok. Nothing extraordinary. Prices are somewhat expensive. The customer service did not like it very much. You can have a table for certain amount of time, like 2 hrs. (We wanted to stay longer & order) more. After that they give you the TKT & bye bye
Lovely evening, service was superb, as was the food...proof is we keep returning....a little costly though for two plates of spaghetti..one glass of wine a a soft drink. Including tip, $90.00 that's a bit much. Don't you think?
I do not review restaurants often but after our 4th visit here, it is worth saying that we were never dissapointed with the quality of the food & the staff is super friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile. We will be coming back.

Another great meal at Il Fornetto. Been coming here for years, not only for the food but the ambiance inside & out, with a great view of the Lachine canal. The staff are super friendly & always welcoming. Shared a large Caesar salad which was perfect for 2 people as a starter. Then enjoyed the Lasagna which is always consistent & tasty, & had the Rucola pizza which was absolutely delicious. All their pizzas are fantastic, you can't go wrong with any of them, & so many to choose from! In addition also had a Table d'hôte of Braised Short Rib with some spaghetti. The meat was so tender & succulent. This included a mista salad or minestrone soup. Sadly no room for dessert on this visit, but their tiramisu & crème brûlée are worth the extra indulgence.
Great food & drinks! I got a blue Hawaiian, ravioli with rosé sauce, & a key lime pie. Everything was delicious & our waiter was awesome & had a great sense of humor!
Tres belle place pour une pizza en terrasse, La pizza est bonne & le service est de bonne qualité.
Il fornetto is my go-to for Italian food in Montreal. With a beautiful view over the Lachine canal, wood stove pizza cooked in house infront of you with scrumptious pasta dishes & imported desserts. Do not skip this place!
Il Fornetto, it is the best for authentic Italian cuisine!!! High quality food, friendly staff, excellent service, nothing to complain about. Kudos to the manager!!!
