The workers were polite, service & food was great… but.. if you're someone that is a germaphobe, I don't suggest. No gloves & touches everything or same gloves to touch everything. Literally everything. See for yourself.
Don't mean to bash but it It's my second time coming ( to give the benefit of the doubt ) but once again, got really turned me off seeing them put a cut kiwi in the bin with the others with their bare hand & then picked up the cleaning cloth & started wiping down the stations. All love, but please do better.
Me & my friends bought 2 Nutella crepes, a cup of happiness & recess pieces milkshake. This little amount of food took over an hour, we wanted a simple snack & it turned into a nightmare. 8 people walked in after us, sat down & received their food & left before we even received it. Others were ordering food before we even received ours .The worker instructed us that it would be 15-20 minutes. This turned out to be over an hour wait. Our friends dad waited over an hour in the car & was mad. At the end of it the worker had the audacity to ask if we were missing something. Never coming back, horrendous experience.
Wow. Bought a cup of happiness & left with a cup of doom & despair. Me & my friends waited 1 HOUR for a cup of strawberries & chocolate!! I told the workers at the 40 min mark that I haven't gotten my cup & all they said was that they're working on it! I saw them make the first layer of dubai stuff & TWO strawberries. At the one hour mark I had to ask again for them to make my cup! It took them two minutes to finish it! This proves that it could've taken under 5 MINUTES TO MAKE THIS CUP. The workers need to wake up. Completely unacceptable. There were people coming in after us & getting their order before us. Entered expecting my cup of happiness. Left with the worst birthday! Thanks Icy Vibes. Worst birthday ever. NEVER COMING BACK!!!
Went with 4 friends & ordered 2 crepes, a milkshake & a cup of hapiness. Ended up waiting over an hour. 8 people came in after us, ordered, sat down, received there orders, ate & left. At 40 minutes our cup of happiness wasn't ready yet so we asked & they said are you guys missing anything? At 1 hour they said'sorry we're only 2 people', even tho 8 people received stuff after us. Food was good but never worth the wait.
There was also people who took our order since they had the same but ours was asked to be in a to go box & they took it. Worse part is my friends dad sat there waiting & was NOT happy. Will not be going back.

J'ai adoré mon expérience chez Icy Vibes. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, le service est impeccable & tout est préparé avec soin. J'ai essayé la crêpe Dubai Chocolate & elle était absolument délicieuse : généreuse, savoureuse & parfaitement faite. J'y vais aussi parfois l'été, parce qu'ils offrent des saveurs de crème glacée vraiment originales Un endroit que je recommande à 100 % pour se faire plaisir & découvrir des desserts uniques !

Great dessert place with a lot of options & I absolutely love that they are open till later in the evening but it is on the pricier side, a once in a while treat, but everything I've had tastes really good!
When you pull up to a place on a Sunday at 11:15 PM at night when everything else is close & you get service with a smile, & creamy delicious ice cream, real caramel, real fudge & crunchy peanuts… well you too should try ICY VIBES. I'll be back.
