Me & my friends bought 2 Nutella crepes, a cup of happiness & recess pieces milkshake. This little amount of food took over an hour, we wanted a simple snack & it turned into a nightmare. 8 people walked in after us, sat down & received their food & left before we even received it. Others were ordering food before we even received ours .The worker instructed us that it would be 15-20 minutes. This turned out to be over an hour wait. Our friends dad waited over an hour in the car & was mad. At the end of it the worker had the audacity to ask if we were missing something. Never coming back, horrendous experience.
Went with 4 friends & ordered 2 crepes, a milkshake & a cup of hapiness. Ended up waiting over an hour. 8 people came in after us, ordered, sat down, received there orders, ate & left. At 40 minutes our cup of happiness wasn't ready yet so we asked & they said are you guys missing anything? At 1 hour they said'sorry we're only 2 people', even tho 8 people received stuff after us. Food was good but never worth the wait.
There was also people who took our order since they had the same but ours was asked to be in a to go box & they took it. Worse part is my friends dad sat there waiting & was NOT happy. Will not be going back.

J'ai adoré mon expérience chez Icy Vibes. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, le service est impeccable & tout est préparé avec soin. J'ai essayé la crêpe Dubai Chocolate & elle était absolument délicieuse : généreuse, savoureuse & parfaitement faite. J'y vais aussi parfois l'été, parce qu'ils offrent des saveurs de crème glacée vraiment originales Un endroit que je recommande à 100 % pour se faire plaisir & découvrir des desserts uniques !
It's a very good place & the taste is amazing generous amount of crepes & alot of different flavors. The place is very good but the dining area is a bit dirty & needs a little cleaning. I think they need some other workers so the wait wouldn't be as long as it is.
Overall very good place would recommend .

Their crepes & pizookies are pretty tasty, however, their dubai chocolate stuff cost me literally 30$ w tax & the size isn't even big, you won't get ur money's worth imo.
My honest review as first experience, i ordered a sushi but it doesn't look like picture at all , the crêpe was kinda cold too … the girl working there was friendly … there's a lot of machine noise if you want to sit there & relax … overall experience not bad .. i would say 2/3 stars based on my experience… i will attach a picture & video for all. Thank you
Desserts are good, the place could use some renovating. They are quite pricey & have started being cheap with their ingredients. The woman working was slightly rude, which I don't appreciate given they are charging 18$ for a crepe. Train your staff better. Used to go here on a weekly basis, won't be returning.

Ordered online through Skip the dishes & all I can say is wow. The crepe was great & the chocolate they use is very high quality but the waffle, my god the waffle, was amazing. I'm drooling thinking about it still. Worth every penny. Ordered the strawberry & banana waffle as well as the quadruple chocolate crepe.
When I entered Icyvibes, I am met with a smile from the staff, he took my order & immediately prepared my crepe. I chose the fruity crepe. The staff working was so generous in adding the portions, like I got more chocolate, more fruits & more sauces in a crepe, which looked more tasty the the picture in the menu. When I dug in, it was even tastier than it already looks. I thought I was not going to become full, but I was mistaken. It was so good & it was a lot. Overall, it is a very wonderful experience & highly recommend anyone to try it out!
You gotta just come & try the variety of crepes & sweets/ ice creams they offer & the best part is that it's all halal & recommend by local scholars & imams.
This place is a must try! Their waffles & crepes are fluffy, light & super delicious. Their new dubai crepe is not to be missed, definitely worth the hype, one of the best desserts you'll have! Not to mention amazing service!
