A very cozy & intimate spot for dinner in the plateau. I came here for dinner before a concert with a friend & we had the calamari & the patatas bravas, both of which were excellent.Voir plus
Over the past couple years, I have spent a total of six months living in Spain, & this food teleported me back right to a little outdoor patio off La Rambla in Barcelona. It encompassed what makes Spanish so incredible: clean flavors & fresh quality ingredients that speak for themselves. The patatas bravas were both unique & authentic & would hold their own at any local cafe in Spain, with the right amount of crunch & a balance of flavors between the spice & mildness of the two sauces. The pan con tomate on traditional Catalan coca bread was just perfect. I don't normally leave reviews on here, but this place deserves to have five stars & all the love. Thank you for giving us a little piece of Spain in Montreal, between the incredible tapas & cozy vibes, & even down to the minute details, like serving Vichy water & carajillos.Voir plus
Went to Restaurant Iberico for supper on Saturday. We arrived a few minutes early & were told quite brusquely that we could not wait in the restaurant & asked to leave. Once we returned, we were shown to a table by a rather arrogant waiter. We proceeded to order several tapas tapas -croquetas, charcuterie board, calamari, pan tomate & patatas bravas. The food was quite pedestrian-none of the freshness, flair & flavours found in Spain. After a substantial bill, we left disappointed. Recommend patronizing other, better Spanish restos in Montreal. Overpriced & overbearing.Voir plus
J'ai beaucoup aimé les patatas bravas & les croquettes jambon & fromage. Cependant, leurs calmars frits & leurs aubergines frites goûtaient trop la farine. Le service était très sympathique!Voir plus
UNFORGETTABLE MEAL. Honestly the ingredient quality & flavors & cooking are hard to beat. Some of the best paella & gambas I've ever had - the spice is perfect & the seafood is so fresh & cooked perfectly. The sangria was so refreshing & fantastic & just the perfect balance of sweet & fruit & wine. Service was attentive & kind; we had a large party of 7 & the staff went above & beyond. Desserts were also to die for, as well as the post-meal coffee. The pineapple cake in the frozen pineapple & the churros knocked it out of the park. We ordered- Squid ink paella Seafood paella Tortilla Tomato salad Brussel sprouts salad (so delicious) Almonds/olives Duck Croquettes Pan con Tomate Gambas Iberico ham Patatas bravas Coca bread Everything was truly incredible, I'm drooling just thinking about itVoir plus
Delicious tapas in the Plateau area! Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, & cooked perfectly. We enjoyed the patatas bravas, the calamari with squid ink aioli, the croquettes, the huevos espagnola.. all super delish & leaves you wanting more!Voir plus
Incredible food with the freshest ingredients! We had the seafood paella, octopus, patatas bravas & the Iberian ham. Everything was amazing, & our server gave us great recommendations. 😋Voir plus
I went there with my sister & my niece for Mother's Day & I absolutely loved it. The agua de valencia was very refreshing. The patatas bravas were the best I've ever had. Everything we ordered was delicious! A must try in Montreal!!!Voir plus
I can't compare to other spanish restaurants since it's my first but it was amazing!!! The tapas were incredible. My favourite was the Bunuelos de bacalao, the complexity of the taste so subtle yet it's an explosion of flavours between the lemon zest & the maple with a fine fish taste. The patatas bravas is a must have & super to alternate from a dish to another. The paella was beyond expectations & tuna was so fresh. Overall it was one of the best that I have had di far in Montréal!!Voir plus
The food here was absolutely delicious. The grilled octopus & the patatas bravas were my absolute favorite!! But anything we tried was so good. The paella was 10/10! Best one I've had in Montréal so far. Their desserts were equally as exquisite. The staff was also really attentive & helpful when we had questions. I will definitely be going back when I get the chance!
Amazing food & great & friendly service sums up a visit to Ibericos. My parents are visiting from abroad & we wanted to show them a good time - Ibericos did not disappoint! The decor of the restaurant is beautiful & you find your eye drawn to many beautiful details throughout. The lighting creates a relaxing ambiance & being able to watch the paellas being prepared right in-front of you is such an exciting detail that adds to the many charms that this restaurant has to offer. The employees are all very friendly, welcoming & happy to help. They offer kind & efficient service. Our party of four had a selection of tapas that we shared & they were all beyond delicious (Patatas Bravas, Pan con tomate, Mixta, Ensalada de Coles de Bruselas Jamon y Queso Manchego, Pulpo Asado & Berenjenas Fritos) & we followed these up by sharing a Paella Valenciana which was expertly prepared with a BEAUTIFUL socarrat which we were all fighting about to have the last bite. To round off the meal we had Tres Leches, Churros con chocolate, Tarta de Queso Vasca & it's not possible to choose a favorite between any of the food that we had, it was all so good. To drink we had the red wine sangria & the Estrella Damm draft that they have on tap & both of these options were great too. Thank you again to the entire Ibericos team for making us feel so welcome & making our visit so enjoyable. We will be back again soon!
