i went there with my sister & her partner sense the other place was close & immediately as we walk in we didn't get a welcoming entry & we sat waited 5mins or plus meanwhile other people who came in got served immediately, first thing i notice was that he didn't like that we brought a drink from a different place wich i kinda understand, secondly he sounded like he was trying to be funny but his words were just mean, the food.. there was almost no broth in in it tasted super plain even then veggies had no taste..
The only place I go to for some Pho when myself or the family is under the weather. Deep beautiful flavours thats consistent with every purchase.
Also really enjoy the beef & chicken rice meals with the salads on the side & the spring rolls.
We have ordered take out, comparing to the other branches the meat they serve in their pho soup is half. For order of 2 they put everything 1 in the bag. But the taste was good.
My go to place in West Island for pho. Great taste, fast & friendly service, & reasonably priced. Compared to other pho restaurants , the decor & vibe is very nice. The pho dac biet always hits the spot!

Do not order take out from here. I remember a few months back, from their take out packaging to their portion size, was superb. Now, they down graded like crazy. The portion was puny, they no longer have their split noodle/broth bowls, the noodles were stuck to each other like glue & in chunks. So disappointing.

I only had one item & it was not good. The salad roll tasted like old wilted lettuce with a faint hit of cilantro, the wrapper was chewy & the stuffings were bland & lacked freshness. The accompanying peanut butter sauce which is usually thicker & a little spicy is what makes it pop. I was served a watery liquid masquerading as sauce which lacked any punch. I ate at Kanata noodle house 3 weeks ago absolutely amazing food & service, NOT saying you have to drive to Ottawa to get great PHO but this is like comparing a G wagon to a jalopy. This did not impress as I could not finish. So many other options close by. Pleasant guy who served me but that doesn't put flavour on the plate. Empty restaurant should've been my first flag. Sorry but I recommend a hard pass.

The broths are very flavorful, they are definitely made with love. My go to is the Tonkinese pho dac biet (all dress) but sometimes I switch it up for the bun bo hue, mhmm! 11/10 !
I enjoy their spring roll as well, it is very delicious & very fresh.
Beware! When checking out, the owner only provided the price AFTER TAX +15% tips, & did NOT give the receipt. (I paid cash coz I only had cash with me at that time.)
Excellent soup. Delicious. Takeout containers for soup are very well designed & leak proof. However they should explain to clients how to open them. It's not obvious the 1st time.
