Great little Phò shop on West Island near Pierreford.
The customer service was friendly & helpful. The food was delicious, the regular pho broth & spicy pho broths were excellent.
The service, food, & overall value was very good. I would recommend & will be back when in the area in the future.View more

Ordered a bun bo hue & a pork chop on rice through delivery service. It was very unfortunate, but I came very ill for 2 days (stomach problems) from the bun bo hue, & the other person also got sick from the pork chop rice. Update a year later: I ordered again, this time for pickup. It was quite good. But more impressively was the packaging. They have amazing takeout containers for their pho. Even the che ba Mau was well packaged. It literally tipped over in the car & nothing leaked.View more

I adore this place. The service is excellent ( greetings, quick service, warm, friendly & generous). The food is very tasty, big portions. The atmosphere is calm, quaint, inviting, & family friendly. The bad reviews seriously make no sense. I am leaving this review here because it's only fair. The food is great. Broth is very flavourful. I got the rare beef pho. The service was good too. Ordered take out for the family via Uber eats. I ordered the bun bo hue & I love that this restaurant offers this dish because I find that Vietnamese restaurants typically do not offer this dish. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend it! Not only are the noodles different than pho but the broth & flavour is completely different. It's more floral & lemongrassy & slightly spicy. Lots of flavour. They only offer one size for take out & the containers are pretty convenient, I'm almost tempted to reuse them for salads. Highly recommend.View more

We love bringing our family to I Am Pho! The staff is incredibly friendly & welcoming, always patient with the kids that makes us feel comfortable. But the real star is the food! The pho is delicious, with a rich broth & generous portions of fresh ingredients. My kids love the rice vermicelli bowls, Bubble tea, & everything is bursting with flavor. March 07, 2024 around 6:40PM: The pho place is alright & indifferent for me I find it a little bit odd that it's far but here is my full review of the place. Positives: 1) Food was decent & good. A little bit warm & hot but I prefer hot. 2) The place is a nice vibe. Has a nice sort of pho place feel. 3) Prices are fairly reasonable & hope it stays that way. 4) Service was good & the waiter was nice & I think that was the owner or manager was nice as well. One of the waiters was talking a lot to a female student while She was working or studying then stayed for a bit. Cons: 1) The flush on some of the bathrooms were not working. So that's a bit odd. Washroom was pretty clean although I can see improvements. 2) Food needs to be more hot & not warmish. 3) They need the space to be more decorative & have a better feel to it. 4) You need to pay for the meal upfront instead of the waiter assisting you. Kind of odd. 5) I did not see a lot of cleaning nor sweeping nor Picking up dishes after when we still left. So that is a bit of a let down. Conclusion: I'm indifferent about Pho West Island & I may come back here again if the place improved in terms of the bathrooms Control of the food & the improved service. I am indifferent about this place.View more

Good quality pho at an affordable price! Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants around the west island, I can definitely say this is your best bang for the buck choice. They have a great variety of delicious meals, sides & drinks. As well, the portions are certainly generous for most. I would highly recommend this restaurant for your next Pho craving!View more
