The new girl with glasses as a server gives rather poor service. she doesn't seem to have much experience. we arrived & asked if we can take a table at the corner. She was standing there without answering me like a statue. Then while the restaurant is almost empty, we waited to order, but she is busy doing things behind the counter & does not look at customers who just arrived if we are ready to order. The prices for the soup noodles & grilled meat with rice seem to have increased by 1 or 2 dollars since we came last. & all the while, the portions of noodles inside the bowl seem to have drastically decreased. & same for the grilled meat with rice, we had less rice even though the price went up since we last came. The service by this new girl with glasses is poor as she is not attentive to customers even when there are not many customers in the resto at the time when we arrived.
this location of I AM PHO is poor in terms of food quantity & in terms of service compared to I AM PHO cote des neiges location, or I AM PHO St-Laurent street location, or their VERDUN location. The portions at other locations are more generous & service is a lot better with more attentive staff, I would not recommend this South Shore location at all!
Good food & good pho but downtown location seems of the same chain seems better. Rather Impressive with the service. Will come again & will recommend to others to come as well
Update on jan 30: portions got smaller even for large size noodle Pho. Add extra noodles is now $5 for a small bowl of additional noodles (from 2$, jumped 3$). Complete rip off. Used to be a good restaurant. Not sure i would recommend it. Service is now so so even though they have many staff on the floor. A transparent roll of shrimp & vermicelli is now 8$ for 2 pieces. Price went up! 😅😅

It's a family tradition for us to eat at I AM PHO specially in cold season. A hearty bowl of soup with lots of meat, with a broth pack with flavors. It's always a pleasure to go there staff really friendly & the atmosphere is pleasant.
I recommend this place of you want to try vietnamese food at a reasonable price.
We stopped at I Am Pho in Brossard on a weekday evening during a road trip, hoping for a quick & satisfying meal before getting back on the road. The restaurant definitely delivered on speed-the food came out almost immediately after we ordered, which we really appreciated.
We started with the salad rolls, which were fresh & a great light appetizer. For our mains, we ordered a bun bowl, a rice plate, & the bun bo hue noodle soup. The portion sizes across the board were generous, making it a good value for a fast stop. The bun bowl was tasty, though the amount of meat felt a little sparse, & the bun bo hue also had minimal protein, leaving the dish a bit unbalanced. The broth overall could have used a bit more depth & flavor.
The service was not bad at all-the staff were courteous & efficient. The seating area is spacious, & although the lighting is slightly dim, it creates a warm & cozy feeling when you walk in.
Overall, I Am Pho is a convenient place to grab a quick bite, especially if you're on the go & don't want to wait. Fast service, friendly staff, & generous portions make it a solid option for a quick, casual meal.
I was looking for an authenthic Bún bò h?e, tried my luck dropped in to this place'I am Pho Brossard.'It turned out to be the most original delicious bowl of noodle I had ever eaten in Montreal!! Will definitely going to be my regular visit place.
One of the better pho places in Brossard in my opinion in terms of quality & consistency. The broth just feels more clear & less heavy, & the taste is on point! Their imperial rolls are better than regular ones because they wrap them in rice paper & then fry them, creating a crispier texture than your standard imperial roll. For some reason, I always get large everywhere else, but over here, I can never finish a large no matter how famished I am, so I have to resort to downsizing to a medium bowl of pho. Vietnamese iced coffee very very very good & instead of large ice cubes that take up insanely amount of space in the cup, they recently switched to crushed ice.
I recently dined at this pho restaurant, & it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy & inviting, perfect for enjoying a comforting bowl of pho. The menu offered a wide variety of options, catering to both meat lovers & vegetarians alike. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. The pho broth was rich & flavorful, with just the right balance of spices. The noodles were cooked to perfection, & the generous portions of meat & fresh herbs added a burst of freshness to every bite. It was evident that the ingredients were of high quality, resulting in a truly authentic & satisfying dining experience. What truly set this restaurant apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, & went above & beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Overall, I cannot recommend this pho restaurant highly enough. Whether you're a pho enthusiast or simply looking for a delicious & comforting meal, this place is a must-visit. I will definitely be returning soon for another bowl of their delicious pho!

We came here for lunch on a Monday & it was busy so we waited a bit to be seated. We ordered two large bowls of Phở, two bowls of Vermicelli with Grilled Chicken & a bowl of Bún Bo Huế. We all ate very well. The food was so flavourful, with good size portions & was reasonably priced. The waitress who served us was very kind & welcoming. Will definitely return for another delicious meal.
