it's my first time since the renovations & i absolutely loved my experience. the pork dumplings were super yummy as well as the surf & turf. sat at the bar & our bartender emma was amazing!! her service was impeccable while offering great vibes. recommend everyone to stop by here for service as well as the drinks & food.Voir plus
Top service & recommendations by emma! Service was 5/5, food 5/5 & drinks 5/5. Highly recommend this place, as it's my first time since the reservation & there was not one issue! Emma ( the server/bartender) kept the water topped Off the whole time, had amazing recommendations & knew exactly when to come & ask how everything was. I'm giving this resto a three star for these reasons. 1. They messed up our reservation & rather than apologize the manager chose to argue showing poor customer service. 2. I ordered a medium rare & got medium well, sent it back & got back another medium well. Looked like same steak as it was already cut & they just changed plates. Being a steakhouse they should know how to cook a steak. The rest of the food was very good & the drinks were excellent. Waiters were attentive & fast. Will I go back? Yes. Will I order steak? We were a party of 10 had a terrible experience at this restaurant . They made us switch to another table . The food was cold, & it took an incredibly long time to get our drinks. They made the cocktails but didn't have the shots ready, which was frustrating. The cowboy steak had no seasoning or salt at all & was tasteless. We also ordered four plates of surf & turf, & all of them were cold. The waiter did not look friendly or pleasant . Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, & we won't be returning. .Voir plus

Signature burger with over cooked meat & non toasted bun without the cream cheese it said it is supposed to have, waiter never asked how our entrees & dinner was. The sweet potatoe fries were decent though. The so called butterfly shrimp was good but they were definitely not butterfly they were way too small & skinny to be butterfly. Also it was very weird how one steak had grilled vegetables but the other was steamed. Also very weird that the beer list was not in the menu or the wine card. Something else that weirded me out was how, for a restaurant of that standard, there was no drink suggestions on the menu items. Beer had no fizz.
