Après plusieurs visites très satisfaisantes, la déception a été totale ce soir. Alors que j'étais habituellement bien servi, que ce soit par le gérant ou par un employé anglophone toujours aimable & poli, l'accueil de ce soir a été inacceptable. Personne au comptoir, obligée d'appeler pour me signaler, puis un employé m'a répondu avec un'Oui ou quoi ?' très agressif. Choquée par ce ton, j'ai immédiatement quitté le magasin & n'y remettrai plus les pieds.

On lance une commande sur place & on retire nos produits pour les mettre dans une autre boîte qui était venu après nous

I love coming here, although I don't live in ndg anymore I always come by when I'm in the area. The donuts are huge & fresh so they are worth the price in my opinion. The new bunz are sooo good, I love cinnamon buns it's my favourite treat ever & these are delicious! I was surprised by the size of them, & the variety of toppings. The staff are always very social & very kind no matter who is working. The new expanded interior is also very nice.
This is truly the best donut shop you will ever go to in your entire life! So many flavors, from creme brulée to arc-en-ciel. Massive donuts, decent prices, very friendly staff
Delicious freshly made donuts at all hours. They have great classics but also they are constantly coming up with new festive flavors to keep you coming back! A great addition to the neighborhood.
