Across reviews of Homers Boîte à Beignes, customers describe enormous, fresh donuts with a decadent range of flavors, many citing creme brulee and maple bacon as standouts while noting the donuts are soft, moist and generously glazed. The variety is praised for being inventive and visually appealing, with flavors that feel like a dessert experience and worth the price for donut lovers, though some call the pricing high and a few flavors overly sweet or a bit commercial in texture. Service is frequently highlighted as fast, friendly and attentive, with staff explained flavors clearly, while a few experiences mention busy periods and occasional inconsistency. The venue is described as bright and lively, sometimes featuring arcade games, clean and easy to access, though seating can be limited and the space can feel hot during peak times. Delivery or stock can vary, with some orders not matching in store offerings or flavors running out later in the day, and there are concerns about labeling for allergens on display. Despite these points, the overall impression is that the donuts are huge, fresh and delicious, making it a go to spot for a splurge or special treat and a place many intend to revisit to try more flavors.
I recently tried Homer Donuts & it definitely lives up to the hype. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn't just your average donut shop - everything looks fresh, thoughtfully made, & honestly a bit hard to choose from because the selection is so tempting.
The donuts themselves are the highlight. They're incredibly soft & airy, with a texture that feels light but still satisfying. You can tell they're made fresh - not greasy, not overly dense, just perfectly balanced. The sweetness is well done too. While some of the more creative or filled donuts can lean on the sweeter side, the classic flavors really stand out for being simple & executed really well.
Franchement wow ❤?
I've been here multiple times & usually have a great experience. I especially love the Dubai chocolate-inspired donut - it's my absolute favorite.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. The staff member who served me seemed unsure about the Valentine's Day-themed donut flavors & attempted to guess rather than clarify. He also appeared frustrated & made several mistakes with my order (I asked for two donuts but only one was placed in the box) hastily saying'ensuite,' even though he was making one mistake after another.
After several minutes of confusion & attitude, I decided not to complete my purchase. Considering that a dozen donuts costs around $50, I expect better service. I ended up going to Krispy Kreme nearby, where the service was much better.
I hope this was just an off day, as I've had positive experiences here before.
Got kicked out when they saw me in the bathroom with a CRAFTSMAN 13-pc Arboured Hole Saw Set trying to make special surprise whole in the mens bathroom.
🍩 Delicious donuts for anyone who loves very sweet pastries!
They offer a great variety of flavors with beautiful glazed designs. A specialty box of six donuts is around $18, & the regular ones are more affordable.
They also have arcade machines for kids, branded hoodies for sale, & a few tables where you can sit & enjoy your donut at the shop.
Overall, a tasty & fun spot for donut lovers!

Decent donuts, but unfortunately the cashier tried to overcharge us by selecting more premium donuts.
& when questioned, she then tried to illegally charge us taxes for a dozen donuts, when it should have been tax-free.
Donuts are easily better than Tim Hortons & Krispy Kreme, but pricier too (30$ for 12 donuts). Unfortunately this location smells kind of funny & feels terribly empty. The arcade cabinets are cool but better suited to a downtown location. Get your pricey donuts to go!
We decided to stop for some donuts, there was enough to choose from, but all the interesting flavors were pretty much gone.
The milkshake is just overly sweet & not much flavor in it.

I really like the aesthetic of the place & inventive donut options.
Donuts overall are huge & were a but too sweet IMO. I also prefer a denser donut, but that's just my personal preference. I tried the pink sprinkle donut, which turned out to be strawberry flavoured, which I didn't care for. Also had the chocolate pistachio, it was better, but mostly chocolate flavour.
There is seating inside which is nice. Lady at the counter didn't seem to be having a good day though. Retro games are a nice to have, but only 1 really worked properly.
Came in for a nice donut but the staff was so nice we left with 6. Definitely pop by if you want some awesome donuts ! Just a tip this place definitely needs a functional AC it can get pretty hot.
