My boyfriend & I came to this place for the first time. I got the cookie dough tourbillon & he got the apple crumble.

To wait over 35 minutes, mine was WAY below average & lacked flavor especially for 10$. On top of it, the person at the cash got my bf's order wrong! 😑 However, my bf did enjoy his tourbillon.

IMO, this place is overhyped. I think I could have gotten DQ for much less & better taste.

I do not think I'll be coming back. Sorry

Hoche Glacé is one of my favorite dessert spots in Montreal! Their signature Tourbillons are a must-try, especially the Pistachio Matcha, Apple Crumble, & Oreo Raspberry-it's easy to see why they're among the best sellers.

They also have excellent vegan options, with rich, creamy flavors that don't feel like a compromise.

The outdoor seating offers a lovely view of the vibrant Hochelaga neighborhood, making it a great place to relax & enjoy your ice cream on a sunny day. I also appreciate the shop's European-inspired approach, reminiscent of Italy's artisanal gelato tradition, with creative flavors made from quality ingredients.

My mom wanted to try the strawberry yogurt, but they didn't have it, which I understand so instead she take the mango one, but it wasn't what we expected & definitely not worth the price. However I tried the apple crumble tourbillon, which was really tasty & I liked the texture, but it is true that it melted right away. I must say it's not worth the hype. Regardless it has good service & they seem very nice.

Well, I guess I just found the best ice cream spot in the city. Tried four flavors - Apple Crumble, Tiramisu, Oreo Framboise, & Fruits des Champs - because why not?
Apple Crumble & Tiramisu absolute perfection , but honestly, every flavor was ridiculously good. Creamy, packed with flavor, & worth driving to.

Tried their pistachio matcha ice cream & loved it!! A bit overpriced, but the portion is huge, packed with pistachio, & not too sweet. The apple crumble ice cream was also so good, filled with apple crumble pieces. I really hope they open a downtown location one day because it's way too far from me.

Went to Hoche Glacé with some friends & we were all impressed by the quality of the ice cream! We tried the apple crumble & tiramisu turbillons & a chocolate milkshake.

The apple crumble turbillon was one of the best things I've ever had!!! The combination of flavours & textures was amazing, & the apples themselves were cooked to perfection. I was worried that it'd just be a vanilla ice cream with some toppings, but that wasn't the case at all: a delicious & generous portion of crumble is mixed into the ice cream base.

Unfortunately, the he tiramisu turbillon was somewhat disappointing, as it had an odd aftertaste. I'm not big on chocolate milkshake, but my friends liked it, although they did say it could've been thicker.

Big shoutout to the kind cashier who, despite the MASSIVE line, was incredibly patient with our questions & my broken French 😅

felt like the apple crumble could have been more tangy, tbh i only tasted sweetness from it, not much other flavors from the apple crumble.

I'm on a quest to find the very best ice cream in Montreal & suburbs I tried quite a bit on different places that are well known & I keep coming back to you Hoche Glacé 💞 so so in love with your Tiramisu Tourbillon & Oreo Rasberry . Absolutely amazing! Took visiting family here & they were blown away by the flavours & quality. We tried the brownie, tiramisu, & apple crumble tourbillons - every single one was perfection. Super friendly staff made the experience even better!
