My boyfriend & I came to this place for the first time. I got the cookie dough tourbillon & he got the apple crumble.

To wait over 35 minutes, mine was WAY below average & lacked flavor especially for 10$. On top of it, the person at the cash got my bf's order wrong! 😑 However, my bf did enjoy his tourbillon.

IMO, this place is overhyped. I think I could have gotten DQ for much less & better taste.

I do not think I'll be coming back. Sorry

Hoche Glacé is one of my favorite dessert spots in Montreal! Their signature Tourbillons are a must-try, especially the Pistachio Matcha, Apple Crumble, & Oreo Raspberry-it's easy to see why they're among the best sellers.

They also have excellent vegan options, with rich, creamy flavors that don't feel like a compromise.

The outdoor seating offers a lovely view of the vibrant Hochelaga neighborhood, making it a great place to relax & enjoy your ice cream on a sunny day. I also appreciate the shop's European-inspired approach, reminiscent of Italy's artisanal gelato tradition, with creative flavors made from quality ingredients.

Well, I guess I just found the best ice cream spot in the city. Tried four flavors - Apple Crumble, Tiramisu, Oreo Framboise, & Fruits des Champs - because why not?
Apple Crumble & Tiramisu absolute perfection , but honestly, every flavor was ridiculously good. Creamy, packed with flavor, & worth driving to.

We stopped by Hoche Glacé on a very hot day & it turned out to be the perfect treat. I ordered a vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone, & it was absolutely delicious. The ice cream was creamy, refreshing, & full of flavor, making it especially enjoyable in the warm weather.

The waffle cone was fresh & crispy, which complemented the ice cream perfectly. Sometimes simple flavors are the best, & the vanilla ice cream definitely did not disappoint.

The shop also has a nice seating area where visitors can sit down, relax, & enjoy their treats. The atmosphere was pleasant & made for a very enjoyable break from the heat.

Overall, Hoche Glacé is a wonderful place to stop for ice cream. Great taste, a comfortable seating area, & a relaxing atmosphere made our visit very enjoyable. We would gladly return again to try more flavors & would recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty frozen treat in Montreal.

I love this ice cream. So yummy & delicious. The flavors are well thought & have a good variety. I have tried 5 so far & liked every options. The size is also good. & the people are always happy & friendly. In the summer it is the best!

felt like the apple crumble could have been more tangy, tbh i only tasted sweetness from it, not much other flavors from the apple crumble.

Loved the pistachio ice cream topped with matcha powder! The flavors blend perfectly - not too sweet, just right. I also enjoyed the crunchy pistachio pieces inside. A refreshing & well-balanced treat. Will definitely come back!

They have these amazing vegan flavors, & the Pistachio Matcha is seriously out of this world. If you're looking for a second favorite, the Apple Crumble is a close one, & the Tiramisu is third on my list. They also have dairy ice cream if that's your thing. The service is top-notch. The staff is super nice, really patient, & they let you try samples before you decide. Plenty of free street parking & nice seating place on site. This place is definitely in my top 3 ice cream spots in Montreal. Highly recommend checking it out!
