Hu Guom est un de nos classiques familiaux.

On y vient surtout pour le Bún Ch? Cá N??c (S6), une soupe de nouilles dans un bouillon léger avec des galettes de poisson frites. C'est un plat typique du nord du Vietnam qu'on trouve rarement à Montréal.

Le Chè Ba Màu est excellent & le sinh t? à l'avocat vaut aussi le détour.

Bon à savoir : le mardi, le deuxième plat est à 50 %.

Ce que j'aime de Hu Guom, c'est que les Vietnamiens n'y viennent pas seulement pour manger du ph?. Ils viennent pour manger les plats qui demandent beaucoup de préparation à la maison ou qu'on ne cuisine que pour des occasions spéciales. C'est souvent un bon indicateur de l'authenticité d'un restaurant.

Si vous êtes curieux de découvrir une cuisine vietnamienne plus régionale, particulièrement du nord du Vietnam, c'est une adresse qui mérite une visite.

Excellente première visite. 4 convives ce 25 avril 2026. Photo d'un des plats choisis parmi 2 entrées & 4 plats principaux (2 soupes & 2 grillades). On y retourne assurément. Service impeccable & plats très bons.

Portion généreuse pour le calmar frit. Beaucoup de choix dans le menu au-delà de seulement de la soupe tonkinoise (pho).

Le restaurant Vietnamien où aller pour découvrir des plats signatures du Viêtnam.
Leur menu maison est parfait si vous cherchez à sortir de l'habituel soupe Phò.
Un réconfort nostalgique à chaque bouché!!!
Mention spéciale à la terrasse qui est couverte, donc parfait pour un Phò durant un jour pluvieux!

I highly recommend the snail soup & the tofu & vegetables sautéed with vermicelli. The salad & veggies they include are super high quality. The free spring rolls & sauce was a real treat because I don't usually order those anymore so it was a good excuse to have them again plus the recipe is pretty unique. The skip the dishes order arrived in a reasonable time & with nothing missing. I wasn't blown away by the fried tofu & shrimp sauce but the other dishes made up for it. I'll try to come by in person sometime to try the veggie pho 🍲

New nov 2025: I couldn't get there to try the veggie pho yet so I ordered it in the app along with the sautéed veg & fried noodles. The veggie pho was good not great. I enjoyed it when I added the sauce packets for an extra kick. At least it came with fresh basil & sprouts. The veggie stir fry with noodles tastes great but the portion is questionable. It would have been nicer to include more food in the container because it was half full with veggies & sauce, & I had to pay $65 for those two dishes to get delivered to me including tax & tip & fees. It's not that much more money for you to make me more vegetables. Thanks for considering my feedback :)

I ordered Pho, fried calamari, grill beef & chicken. The flavor of the soup is spot on, very good. The grill beef was cooked perfect but the grill chicken was over cooked. The calamari is good. The Viet tea is probably the weakest Viet tea, I ever had.

Delicious vietnamese food with a wide variety on the menu. You can also ask to customize the noodles in the soups. Their drinks are also delicious, especially the sour sop juice & salt coffee.

The place is spacious with many seats. There is parking in the back.
