It was our first time yesterday to try this restaurant & I must say that we had a great time there. The food was good especially the General Tao chicken & the fried imperial rolls. My son likes it. The Pho is good but I just hope it was more warmer. The Sugar cane juice is also good. The ambience is nice & clean even the bathroom. My 4yo son says the painted walls looks really good. The staff are also approachable & attentive to our needs. We were impress also that the dinnerwares are costumized. You just need to pay cash as they dont accept credit cards but I think they have atm machine downstairs not so sure. Will definitely go back.

I highly recommend the snail soup & the tofu & vegetables sautéed with vermicelli. The salad & veggies they include are super high quality. The free spring rolls & sauce was a real treat because I don't usually order those anymore so it was a good excuse to have them again plus the recipe is pretty unique. The skip the dishes order arrived in a reasonable time & with nothing missing. I wasn't blown away by the fried tofu & shrimp sauce but the other dishes made up for it. I'll try to come by in person sometime to try the veggie pho 🍲

New nov 2025: I couldn't get there to try the veggie pho yet so I ordered it in the app along with the sautéed veg & fried noodles. The veggie pho was good not great. I enjoyed it when I added the sauce packets for an extra kick. At least it came with fresh basil & sprouts. The veggie stir fry with noodles tastes great but the portion is questionable. It would have been nicer to include more food in the container because it was half full with veggies & sauce, & I had to pay $65 for those two dishes to get delivered to me including tax & tip & fees. It's not that much more money for you to make me more vegetables. Thanks for considering my feedback :)

I deliver from here regularly & it is top-notch Vietnamese that I have not seen elsewhere in Montreal, possibly inspired by old French-Vietnamese cuisine. Anyway, the chef's specialties, crab-mushroom rolls & the beef-lemongrass rolls are a pleasure to eat with all the fresh greenery provided: salad, basil leaves, sprouts, & much more I forget. Delicious.

Vietnamese food spot near to metro D'Iberville. They have a lot of options to choose from but I went with I'm familiar with. Had the spring rolls & a bowl of Dac Biet pho. Everything was delicious. The spring rolls were fresh & tasty, the peanut sauce was exquisite, tangy & slightly sweet. The soup was amazing, the broth was comforting & the meat & noodles were nice. I especially liked the meatballs. The staff was attentive & the place is cozy & clean.

Excellent authentic Vietnamese food! Friendly & quick service. Must try the "Nem cua bể" , which is the Chả giò with crab 🦀 filling, & the rice paper wrap !♥️ It's not the egg roll wrap as in other places.

Went to Restaurant Ho Guom while in Montreal for a visit. We arrived around 8:45 p.m. with the posted closing at 9:30 p.m. We quickly placed our order & I got to try a traditional Vietnamese dish called bun oc cha muc which is snails & fried squid patty in a tomato based broth with vermicelli. I've never seen this on any menu in the GTA & let me tell you, I'm now on the hunt. The broth was delicious with a hint of sour, the snails & patties were plentiful. We also ordered spring rolls & Vietnamese beef salad & both were delicious. I loved the acidity of the salad & that there were tons of red onions. Even though they close at 9:30 p.m., I never felt rushed. In fact, the gentleman who mainly served us told me to take my time. Great food & great service! I would definitely go back as well as recommend this place to all.

One of the best authentic restaurants in town. My wife had the chicken & imperials with rice noodles along with a soup. On my side it was the rice noodle with grilled pork & imperial rolls. The meals were flavourful, delicious . Fried ice cream for the dessert, it was excellent. Definitely recommand & will be back.

It was my husband & I’s first time here, we arrived before closing & we were greeted with a smile by the waiter. He was so kind to us. 🤗
We got two plates of grilled chicken, beef & vermicelle noodles coming with mouth watering soup, salad, fish sauce & two rolls it was SO delicious. 🤤 🤤😍😍 Incredible food for the best price I’ve ever seen for Vietnamese food. The second plate was 50% off & the dessert was SOOOOO amazing & tasty. The most mouth watering Vietnamese food experience we’ve had ever.
The price was perfect for everything we had received the best & most affordable we’ve ever seen, wow 🤩🤗✨We will return & bring our friends / family in the near future! 😊🤝🥂

Thank you again so much for letting us in just before closing we don’t regret our choice!

Amazing food, & good diversity. It's the first time I see snail soup at a Vietnamese place. It was amazing. Lots of big snail chunks with the flavorful tomato-y soup. The soup I got also had these squid cakes. Those were SO GOOD! They have a soup with only those. I really recommend getting that one (#S5). We also got a spicy soup, way too spicy for me, but still amazing taste. As well as spring rolls. Not expensive & very good service.
