La crémerie Hartley à Saint-Lambert ferme beaucoup trop tôt & refuse des clients alors qu'elle est encore supposée être ouverte. Vous êtes en activité seulement quelques mois par année, & malgré ça, vous n'êtes même pas capables de servir correctement votre clientèle.

C'est franchement incompréhensible comme gestion. J'espère sincèrement que vous allez régler la situation rapidement, sinon vous devriez sérieusement envisager de fermer vos portes. Honnêtement, je me demande comment vous arrivez à payer votre loyer avec un service comme ça.

Si je pouvais donner 0/5, je le ferais. Très ordinaire.

I used to love this ice cream place. They had the best homemade ice cream, & the prices were always quite reasonable. I come here fairly often with my kids. Unfortunately, the service has really declined lately, & the prices have gone up. While I understand price increases given today's economy, I wish the service would reflect the higher cost.

On top of that, the portion sizes have significantly decreased, which makes it even more disappointing. During our last visit, the young woman who served us barely smiled or spoke to us. It left us wondering whether she simply wasn't in the mood or if that's just how customers are treated now.

I truly hope the owner reads this review & takes steps to improve both the service & the value, because the ice cream itself is still excellent.

I've been going too often to Hartley's since I was a kid, all the locations have always been great. Well worth the detour for some fantastic frozen treats.

The ice cream was really good but we were rushed to leave as we were eating our ice cream because it was 9:00 exactly. The worker stood at the door looking at everyone to get out until they left. Lacking customer service.
