I used to love this ice cream place. They had the best homemade ice cream, & the prices were always quite reasonable. I come here fairly often with my kids. Unfortunately, the service has really declined lately, & the prices have gone up. While I understand price increases given today's economy, I wish the service would reflect the higher cost.

On top of that, the portion sizes have significantly decreased, which makes it even more disappointing. During our last visit, the young woman who served us barely smiled or spoke to us. It left us wondering whether she simply wasn't in the mood or if that's just how customers are treated now.

I truly hope the owner reads this review & takes steps to improve both the service & the value, because the ice cream itself is still excellent.

The ice cream was really good but we were rushed to leave as we were eating our ice cream because it was 9:00 exactly. The worker stood at the door looking at everyone to get out until they left. Lacking customer service.

The ice cream is great & I really love the slush. They offer a lot a variety at decent prices [2020]

Update: Prices are very relatively high, it's not as worth as it used to be when you compare to other ice cream businesses arround the south shore. If it was not for their chocolates, I would put it at 2 stars
