Booked a reservation for a large group, but we still ended up waiting 15 minutes to be seated. Not a problem, gave our group time to chat & the staff apologized for the wait. We ordered a few combo dinners to fill us & the food was good but did take a bit to come out. The staff were very friendly, & the restaurant had a good atmosphere. The food was pretty pricey though because we were a group over 6 people they only allowed us to do one bill or split the bills evenly. They also added an 18% service charge, so it ended up being about $70 each as we all got drinks too.
Sublime, the price is far worth of the quality & the quantity served on the table. All is perfect, the meats, the Rice, the shrimps, the vegetables. Nice.
We reserved for a large group & we're seated quickly, served a steady stream of delicious foods (some of which was ready to eat & some of which we barbequed on our table barbeque. The drinks were amazing.
Food was good & what you'd expect from Gyu-Kaku. This 5-star review is solely for Jin, who was extremely accommodating towards our family. He was attentive, explained the menu & how to cook certain items, & was prompt to help when we needed. He helped arrange one table to keep a hot surface away from the babies, kept our 3 year old engaged, & helped him zip up his jacket at the end of the night! We visited Montreal about a month ago but are still remembering his exceptional customer service & care for us.

I'm not a huge fan of Japan BBQ, but this was a pretty good experience with some very decent food. The meat wasn't the best quality, but it was seasoned well. The vibe of the place was really nice, though, & they had some great noodle dishes. Overall, I wouldn't say I was thoroughly impressed, but again, my opinion on Korean BBQ is biased.
Nous avons pris un menu avec le barbecue à partager pour 3 personnes. Beaucoup de choix & tout était absolument divin ! On s'est vraiment régalé. Le lieu est également très sympa. Une excellente découverte !
