Très bon service, les plat sont de très bonne qualité, le service est rapide & les portions sont bien remplis j'adore Torino!!!

Je suis malheureusement obligé de partager mon expérience négative dans cet établissement. Le service était particulièrement médiocre :
• Temps d'attente excessif (plus de 30 minutes avant de prendre notre commande)
• Personnel peu attentif & désagréable
• Erreurs dans la commande qui n'ont pas été corrigées
• Manque total de respect envers les clients (ton inapproprié, demandes ignorées)

Je ne sais si l'équipe a changé…mais j'ai pri une baguette merguez… ce n'était pas comme d'habitude.. moins bon… aucune saveur & le sandwich était froid. D'habitude ils le laissent longtemps pour chauffer…. J'ai forcé pour manger mais j'ai eu la nausée après… bref. Je vais arrêter ce restaurant pour un moment.

I think it's new ownership if not honestly these guys were amazing. The way he was greeting every customer & he also gave us free merguez I had forgot to purchase it & he said don't worry Its on us. He also gave our kids a juice without even asking. Extremely nice & food was very good as always

I went there yesterday & it was really good. The food was amazing the staff were nice the service was relatively quick. Good options. I recommend the chicken with potatoes, macaroni, salad. Both sauces are nice.
Note:
After reading some reviews on this place i see that ppl are lying. They put good proportions idk why ppl say they got 2-3 chicken. I GOT 5. Also i payed the same price as them. & i get 5 every time i come. Also they make sure to fill your plate. Another thing i would like to say is that most of the time they ask you how you want it cooked at one point.

J'aime toujours Torino mais j'ai été agréablement surprise du service dans cette succursale. Personnel sympathique, souriant & efficace. Les plats étaient chauds & frais, portions généreuses. Un peu cher mais quand même ca vaut la peine.

The workers are very friendly & make sure to fill your bowl to the TOP every single time. I always order the bowl with chicken & I can't finish it because of how full it is. So I think the price is worth it considering the amount they give you.
