Giving it an extra star because they were nice but the food was terrible. Dry overcooked chicken, totally uncooked vegetables, oily tasteless salad & rice. Only the hummus was really good.

The service was absolutely atrocious. We arrived 30-40 minutes before closing. The cook was decent, but the person with'big arms' serving the rice & salad clearly just wanted to leave & couldn't care less about the customers. He had no idea what I ordered, even though I repeated it several times. He didn't give me any hummus or garlic sauce even though those are basically the main condiments you'd expect. Then, he just left just like that until someone came replaced to him later. What in the world.

The only positive thing was that the chicken & sides were good, but the merguez was as dry as the Sahara dessert.

Honestly, you'd expect better considering their main competitor is Poulet Rouge. Just go there instead, you'll get faster service & better portion sizes.

The food is exceptional, with the chicken being particularly flavorful & the accompanying vegetables delicious. The garlic sauce stands out as a highlight, surpassing the original version from back home.

The guys at the counter are awesome, great service, grilled food to perfection. had the Torino Plate with grilled sausages, grilled chicken & mouth watering grilled beef. Salads are super fresh even at 8:36 pm when they close at 9. I rase my hat to you guys! You are top notch quality & delicious awesomeness! Thanks (Ps: A special thanks to Koussa, but honestly, the whole crew offered professional fast service & had a great attitude for end of day "late comers" like us.)

One of my places to eat at the food court of carrefour Laval. I usually get the chicken & merguez plater. I find the portion of protein is small for the price. The red rice is better than the regular one. The white rice is too wet, in my opinion. There is a lot of choice for the sides. Service wise can be improved. They are in such a rush that asking for extra even tho you pay for it, it seems annoying to them ... price is nowhere cheaper than eating at the restaurant, but when you need a quick bite, it can do.
