J'aime bien m'arrêter chez Torino lorsque je suis au Carrefour Laval. C'est une bonne option pour manger rapidement entre deux magasins. Les portions sont généreuses, les plats sont savoureux & le service est généralement rapide. J'apprécie aussi le fait que le personnel soit accueillant & efficace, même lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de clients. C'est une adresse que je garde en tête chaque fois que je passe au Carrefour Laval.

Attitude condescendante de celle qui prépare les assiettes. Style on doit connaître les accompagnements avec notre plat sinon elle s'impatiente. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix, les morceaux de poulet & les merguez étant minuscules.

The rice was undercooked & solid, almost crunchy. The vegetables were underwached as well. My sister was eating the rice & didn't say anything. When I tasted it, that's when I realized. Went back up to tell them & all the two girls did was look at each other , laugh & one of them said'Look's like you ate some already'. Was quite disrespectful considering I asked very politely & was welcomed with mockery.

Il fut un temps où Grillades Torino était un de mes restos préférés. J'avais arrêté de commander le jour où ils m'ont livré du poulet pas mangeable, gélatineux & plein de nerfs. J'ai osé leur laisser une nouvelle chance ce soir. On dirait qu'ils se sont débarrassés de leur mauvais poulet dans ma boîte. Encore plein de nerfs & gélatineux. On est loin de beaux morceaux de poulet d'il y a quelques années. & je ne parle pas du fond de patates. C'est fini, je ne commande plus là. Dommage.

Très mauvaise expérience.
J'attendais mon tour dans la file, mais une femme qui était derrière moi est passée avant moi. Le problème, c'est que cela a été fait directement par le personnel : le serveur & le caissier l'ont laissée passer sans respecter l'ordre.
C'est donc clairement une erreur du service, pas des clients. Aucun respect de la file d'attente, aucune organisation, & aucune excuse.
C'est inacceptable & très frustrant pour les clients qui attendent correctement leur tour.
J'espère que la direction va corriger ce problème rapidement.
