Came here for a birthday & was greeted poorly by our waitress who looked annoyed. The food looked good on paper but the porc in the bao was hard & cold, the takoyaki were more like croquettes & the tartare tasted very blend. Though the cocktails were very good & the general atmosphere is very cute with the outside garden terrace.

Superbe accueil par le gérant & l'équipe en cuisine pour un grand groupe/événement privé pour la sortie du film 1995 de Ricardo Trogi! Nous avons eu accès à l'espace complet & nous allons vouloir revenir très bientôt. Que de bons commentaires sur le lieu, les terrasses, l'espace bar intérieur & la nourriture! Merci!
Superbe bar de quartier centre sud & sur la rue Ontario ... Dommage que la terrasse ne soit ouvert que l'été cAr c'est vraiment le plus de cette place & aussi les soirées organisées les fun de semaines
The place looks a bit odd from the outside but when you walk, it is a totally different story. You'll be transported in A European setting, especially if you go on the rear patio. The food is finger style & absolutely exquisite. Even the simplest poutine is a visual treat. The taste, oh my god. & the rest of the plates are amazing. We've gone there several times already & can't wait to go back. Cheers to you guys Grenade team.
Pet peave: 2 couples ordering tapas to share. They arrive with 3 on each plate. Message to server & / or kitchen. Offer 4 at 30 % higher price. Let the customers make the choice. Tapas were great! Just hated fighting over them.

We recently hosted our wedding reception for 40 people at Grenade Bar, & we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue. The atmosphere at Grenade Bar is simply outstanding. The cozy ambiance made our guests feel right at home. Whether they were mingling at the bar or dancing on the dance floor, everyone felt comfortable & relaxed throughout the night. We were well aware of how amazing the food served at Grenade Bar is, but it exceeded our guests' expectations in every way. From the appetizers to the main courses, every dish was expertly prepared & beautifully presented. Our guests are still raving about the delicious cuisine! The music selection was another highlight of the evening. It added an extra layer of fun & excitement to the festivities. However, what truly set Grenade Bar apart was the impeccable service we received throughout the planning process & on the day of our event. In particular, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the bar manager, Ludo. His professionalism, attention to detail, & genuine kindness made all the difference. From coordinating with us & catering to our special requests prior to the event to ensuring that every guest had a drink in hand & food on their plate during the reception, Ludo went above & beyond to make sure that our wedding party was flawless from start to finish. All in all, we cannot recommend Grenade Bar highly enough for anyone looking for the perfect venue for their special day. With its excellent atmosphere, delicious food, fantastic music, & top-notch service, Grenade Bar delivered our in every way. Thank you to Ludo & the entire team for helping to make our wedding reception an unforgettable experience.
J'ai tellement entendu parler de cet endroit que mes attentes etaient peut etre élevées mais j'ai ete très déçue. La deco est super sympa, le service etait bon mais la nourriture laisse a désirer. J'ai pris les bao bun de canard: ils etaient mouillés en dessous & ils ont dechiré en 2 pendant que je mangeais. Ensuite les nems ne sont pas des nems, ce sont des rouleaux de printemps frits frits & refrits. Les nems sont petits, délicats & fait avec une pâte différente. C'est un endroit où je retournerais seulement pour prendre un verre sur leur terrasse extérieure l'été..
