've visited Gong Cha Brossard several times, & overall I've been impressed with the quality of their drinks & their excellent customer service. While I initially had a mixed experience, the team at Gong Cha takes customer feedback seriously & has shown a commitment to maintaining high standards. Their drinks, especially the Lychee Oolong & Matcha Milk Tea, are delicious when made with care. It's clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction, & that makes all the difference. I'll definitely be returning & recommend them to anyone looking for great bubble tea!

Second time coming here. Ordered three milk tea drinks & they were all watery. Purposely had them without ice & the drinks were still diluted.

Just wanted to update my review as I went back to test out the same drink again. The staff was very accommodating & kind. The drink tasted much better & satisfied my expectations. I really appreciate & respect how they addressed this issue. I will be back :) ___________ I went here yesterday because I was really excited to try the new pumpkin spice milk tea with milk foam. To my disappointment, it tasted very diluted & like watered down cinnamon tea. The color was not even orange. At first I thought it was because of the foam, but when I poured it out, I could see that the tea was beige & not orange as pictured in the advertisement photos. Also this small size costs more than 10$ with tax. The bubble waffles not pictured here were also overcooked & cold. I normally really enjoy the tea & bubble waffles however I was really disappointed with the visit.

Smaller than other Gong Cha's but I find the place to have a cozier atmosphere. Staff is very friendly & very accommodating. Vibes are S tier!

Strawberry Earl Grey Milk Tea with Pearls is so good ! Music not too loud & very friendly staff. Le thé au lait aux fraises avec perles est excellent. La musique était pas trop forte & le personnel très amical.
