Dans l ensemble, Gong Cha est apprécié pour le bubble tea et une offre variée de boissons et de croffles, en particulier ceux à la crème brûlée, avec la possibilité de personnaliser le niveau de sucre et de glace et d autres options; certains clients trouvent le service parfois inégal et les places en magasin peu confortables; les croffles font l objet de critiques initiales quand la pâte est crue ou la forme décevante, mais une reprise avec le propriétaire a donné des croffles délicieuses et des boissons bien faites; le programme de fidélité et le service rapide sont des points positifs, et le goût des boissons est apprécié bien que le niveau de sucre puisse être trop élevé pour certains.
Ordered a hot taro milk tea yesterday, but it had a strong aftertaste akin to raw corn. Not sure if it's because of the base tea, but I sadly had to throw the drink away because it just tasted weird & not like any taro milk tea I've had before.
Unfortunately, they also got my friend's order wrong (probably misheard), but she let it slide to avoid causing trouble.
My new favourite bbt in Brossard. The place is small with a counter sitting space, but their bubble tea is delicious & not as expensive as other good places like presotea
've visited Gong Cha Brossard several times, & overall I've been impressed with the quality of their drinks & their excellent customer service. While I initially had a mixed experience, the team at Gong Cha takes customer feedback seriously & has shown a commitment to maintaining high standards. Their drinks, especially the Lychee Oolong & Matcha Milk Tea, are delicious when made with care. It's clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction, & that makes all the difference. I'll definitely be returning & recommend them to anyone looking for great bubble tea!
Just wanted to update my review as I went back to test out the same drink again. The staff was very accommodating & kind. The drink tasted much better & satisfied my expectations. I really appreciate & respect how they addressed this issue. I will be back :) ___________ I went here yesterday because I was really excited to try the new pumpkin spice milk tea with milk foam. To my disappointment, it tasted very diluted & like watered down cinnamon tea. The color was not even orange. At first I thought it was because of the foam, but when I poured it out, I could see that the tea was beige & not orange as pictured in the advertisement photos. Also this small size costs more than 10$ with tax. The bubble waffles not pictured here were also overcooked & cold. I normally really enjoy the tea & bubble waffles however I was really disappointed with the visit.
Strawberry Earl Grey Milk Tea with Pearls is so good ! Music not too loud & very friendly staff. Le thé au lait aux fraises avec perles est excellent. La musique était pas trop forte & le personnel très amical.
Menu varié, services de qualité, employés super gentil!! Endroit vraiment propre, je conseille vraiment😍 les gaufres sont vraiment excellente aussi Le boba fruité raisin fraise délicieux
I was ordering on the self checkout outside & I understand theres a construction going on, & the access to the store is limited but seeing the workers running back & forth with all the construction dust & smoke is making question the store management.
