Gon Bui is a new Chinese resto-bar inspired by the lost temples in China. Gon Bui means 'Cheers' in Cantonese. We create our own new-Asian tapas dishes, inspired from traditional with a playful twist.

Juste wow j'ai eu un party surprise pour ma fête ce soir à ce restaurant & honnêtement super belle expérience côté bouffe, drink & ambiance & quoi dire du décor. Je recommande à tous cette endroit j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner. Bravo à l'équipe qui nous as tous servi 30 personnes & pas oublier le dj ça musique elle étais parfaite pour la soirée.
It was an Experience!!!! Aesthetically, the location is stunning the Lai see tree at the entrance, the bar, even the Bathroom was gorgeous although it was a bit too dark in there... But Gorgeoussss!! Service was good, they were nice. The food was good, well seasoned, generous portions for a tapas concept! We took 5 plates & it was almost too much food did not have space in my belly to try the desserts. The cocktails Beautiful!!!!

First Timer
Decided to have a try after I saw the decor on Maps.
- Parking available
- We went without reservation & we were seated.
- Staffs were welcoming.
- Place is super cosy & clean.
As for food, we had the Fried Calamari which was very good & with not so usual flavours but still very good. & this heighten our expectations for the main course.
The waiter suggested the Lobster noodles & the Chicken Curry so we went ahead with that. However, I was personally I bit disappointed after having such good Calamari. The meals weren't bad but they were OK. My curry (marked as spicy), was more sugary for example.
Presentation-wise they are good but I personally feels they lack depth/flavours in the meals we were served. Not so value for money...
In terms of price, they are above average making a total of 98$ for one starter, & two meals. (tips starting at 18%)
We had a reservation at 7:00. I got a call in the afternoon saying that there was a mistake so they pushed me to 7:30. I got there at 7:20 & was only seated at 7:50. Then we ordered food & my wife got her dishing a good time. I got mine 20 min after hers !!! To the point that a waiter was going to take our plates away thinking we were finished. The water finished at our table within the 20 min we were there, they took the bottle figureing we would get a new one soon, we only got more water when we went to pay for the bill. The waiters/waitresses wear regular clothing so you don't really know who works there. Also the portions are quite small.
Overall food & ambiance is good but the rest needs lots of work.
