I really want to like this place but I've only tried them twice, both times with disappointing results. Yesterday we ordered on the website one pho, one noodle plate, to pick up. The website told us 5:40, & we arrived 5:45. The stores a short walk from us, & my boyfriend noodle plate was fine, but my pho broth container was cold. The last time I ordered pho from them, they put an egg in HOT BROTH in a separate container, to add to the pho which was great because it was properly cooked & normally half poached by the time it get in the noodle. This time they put a raw egg in the cold broth. I called them to tell them that they served me cold broth so the egg & raw beef can't cook, so I'll essentially have to cook everything myself to eat. The server on the phone told me the UberEats driver was late picking up the order, but I reminded her it was us who picked it up. I told her that I now have raw beef & raw egg & have to go cook this myself. She meekly apologized, didn't offer a refund or try to fix the issue. Like the first time, the vermicelli noodles were a firm cake in the container, clearly they'd been precooked & packaged earlier in the day, or they had the noodles sitting in a fridge for some time rather than cooked upon ordering. The pho broth itself tastes good when it's hot, but I don't order from a restaurant to have to heat up the food myself. I recommend the chefs look into these matters.Voir plus

Cuisine tres bonne! L'assiette a partager est un vrai regale, le pho golden est excellent aussi. Nous avons egalement teste le poulet grille avec riz. Le service est particulier, la serveuse n'etait pas tres aimable mais ca arrive. Pour l'ambiance le restaurant est cosy, cache, sympathique. La visite de la sdf pendant le repas nous demandant de lui offrir un repas alors que nous mangions a l'interieur, etait unique. Je trouve que cela gache un peu l'endroit. Il faudrait leur dire de passer uniquement a la fermeture peut etre... Si je devais y retourner & que cela m'arrivait une nouvelle fois, je cesserai probablement d'y aller.Voir plus

Un bon & sympathique petit resto de quartier à des prix raisonnables. La nourriture était très bonne, mais j'ai trouvé mes viandes un peu trop sèches. Le proprio, qui assurait le service en salle & au comptoir, a su rester cool & sympathique malgré un afflux inattendu de clients & de commandes ce soir-là & les retards que cela a occasionnés sur le service.Voir plus

Great broth! The meat was high quality, some of the best tripe I've seen. Really thin, almost like a noodle. Rare meat was great too, delivered just right so you can go a bit raw if you're adventurous. It was all delivered quickly, they had some extra stuff I wanted, so the service was great. The table was a bit wobbly & they don't have soft tendons, but otherwise, this place was amazing & I look forward to coming back soon.Voir plus

3.5 stars -- Waitress made no eye contact & was not very welcoming. Maybe because there is a lot of homelessness in the area & she has to deal with it? Because of the service & the location, I would not return as the atmosphere is off-putting. However the pho was decent. Not bad but not amazing. Does the job if you're in a pinch like I was.Voir plus

Repas commandés pour livraison. Le poulet grillé & les rouleaux sont délicieux. Les portions sont petites pour le prix ( soupe & salade de papaye de formats minuscules!). En général très bien mais rien d extraordinaire....Voir plus

Our first time ordering from here. I don't know if it was a fluke, but we found the wonton soup very greasy (albeit good), the pork vermicelli really fatty & the noodles had a weird taste. The delivery was quick, though. We won't be ordering again unfortunately.Voir plus
