Only takes cash (so you know it's legit). Quiet & clean, Golden bowl is known for their General Tao's chicken. I also got an order of chow mein. There's a good amount of spice in the chow mein & I quite enjoyed it. General Tao was good, quite sweet with the sauce. Also comes with a large serving of rice. Chill vibes & an easy going place.
We love this place with my wife! We try to go every Friday, the food is delicious & the best general Tao & the garlic beef are the must try dishes! Great portions! Really big plates & full of food!
Been eating there for years, they famously only take cash & only deliver after 5, none the less the food was reasonably priced. Yesterday I paid 19.25$ for one order of general Tao tofu. Double the price. I wouldn't recommend supporting this restaurant anymore.
One of the best general tao in québec, but the price
It was barely 11$ in 2017 & now it’s almost 20$.
I understand inflation & cost of goods but doubling the price seems excessive.. &
De loin : Le Meilleur Restaurant Szechuan de la rive sud! Quantité astronomique (faut être en forme pour tout manger en un seul repas), Prix plus que raisonnable, avec une excellente qualité! JE RECOMMANDE : Le Poulet Général Tao, c'est une Tuerie! Anyways, tout est très bon je vous l'assure!!! 5 ÉTOILES
In love with this place, everything is so good, big portions for the price, dwlisious & not greasy like some other fast chinese food. You can now eat inside if you wish. They have a big menu with your typical dishes like general tao or fried rice even some unique dishes too.
