Service extrêmement rapide, penser à apportez de l'argent contant par exemple! Le général Tao est croustillant, il y a beaucoup de stock aussi je recommande!
I was excited for peanut butter dumplings but was disappointed. They were too spicy & not edible. Cleary too much chili powder as sauce was red. Won ton soup spicy as well. We asked for a small side of chicken fried rice & received a huge portion of greasy rice that we will not eat. We will return for sure for the general tao chicken,takeout only as dining room is unwelcoming & crowded.
Tasty food with huge portions & low price. Their General Tao is the best that I ever had.
Quand je vivais à Brossard, j'allais au Bol d'or au moins 1 fois par semaine. En plus, au travail on y allait souvent aussi. La nourriture au fil des ans (plus de 15 ans) a toujours été d'une qualité exceptionnelle & que dire du goût! Tout est délicieux! & les assiettes sont tellement généreuse qu'à moins d'être deux sur une assiettes, vous ne la terminerez pas! Mes incontournables sont la soupe Tom Yum (piquante & goûteuse), le général Tao (sur place, encore meilleur car plus croustillant), & bien sûr le pad thaï (n'est pas typique thaïlandais mais a tellement son goût unique qu'il en fait mon favori). Ah oui! Les nouilles Singapour & le poulet 5 épices font aussi partie de mes favoris. En entrée, les calmars frits sel & piments vous chavireront. L'ambiance est style grande aire ouverte où l'on voit les cuisiniers (un plus quant à moi) & ça peut être un peu cacophonique mais on y retourne toujours pour la nourriture & le service. Au niveau du service, Lee tient toujours son restaurant d'une main de maître & le service se fait toujours de manière courtoise. *Argent comptant seulement*
Pros: food is good, price/quantity is also wonderful. Cons: I have been waiting for 2 hours for 2 general tao, the trip to Napierville/Chateauguay is way faster. They dont have debit/credit as a way of payment I wouldn't say no if the cooks could wear some gloves
I bought the General Tao & stir-fried broccoli & shrimp. It was delicious. The portions were so generous that we ate it for three days. I highly recommend this place
J'y vais depuis une quinzaine d'années & prends toujours les nouilles Shanghai au boeuf sauce satay. Habituellement, on prend soi le général tao ou poulet beurre d'arachide avec. On ne peut pas se tromper avec ces trois choix
Portion tres genereuse quon peux en ramener a la maison. Le general tao es delicieux . La soupe wonton es ok .. je reviendrai assurememt
Excellent service! Great portions! The general tao was the highlight of the meal! The salt & pepper shrimps were a bit disappointing because they used small shrimps & they were kinda "floury" as if the flour wasn't cooked enough ? It's not the salt & pepper shrimps were used to but they were alright. The noodles & vegetables were good too.
House special fried rice & general Tao's chicken are really good! Portions are good considering the price!

Best Chinese food in the area by far. The service was quick & welcoming as well. The portions are huge. The prices are very good to what you are getting. Took the szechuanese noodles, the amazing seafood soup, the general tao & the beef with black been sauce. All amazing taste & good quality food. Recommend.

très belle découverte! le poulet général tao est incroyablement bon. les portions sont ÉNORMES & c'est vraiment pas cher. je recommande. par contre, ils prennent seulement l'argent comptant, alors faut prévoir.
Food is amazing sometimes & not so good at all other times. Chewy general tao tonight & shanghai noodles were not edible because they were way too spicy. & prices were once more reasonable.
Best Chinese takeout in the Montreal greater area! Literally, HANDS DOWN!!!! The ABSOLUTE best, no kidding. We are loyal customers & will continue to be it's sooooo good! The porkchops are amazing, the peanut butter dumplings my favorite, their general tao to die for. You name it, they NAIL it ! Love Golden Bowl!! Must try: fried spinach ! Peanut butter dumplings!
