Had my first visit to Glukoz Bakery in Delson & it definitely won't be my last. I tried the almond croissant & a pastry both were absolutely delicious. The croissant was perfectly flaky with a rich almond filling, & everything tasted fresh & made with care.
Great experience overall. Looking forward to going back & trying more!
Selon moi la meilleur boulangerie-pâtisserie de la rive sud...!!! & que dire de leurs croissants jambon fromage, un délices! Une équipes dynamique, & courtoise!!! Ils font tout de A-Z, une merveille. Je le recommande à tous.

J'ai acheté une bûche de Noël chocolat noisette & agrumes. Elle est sublime. Elle se distingue par ses ingrédients de qualité & ses goûts raffinés. Bien chocolatée & pas trop sucrée. Toute la famille l'a adoré & nous sommes contents de l'avoir achetée. De loin la meilleure bûche de Noël que j'ai mangée!
I have tried many different cakes, mini pastries, & breads here, & I've loved them all.
There are just two small points I wanted to mention:
1. The way the boxes are prepared recently isn't ideal. When I buy a cake as a gift for someone, it would be nice if the box showed the bakery's name, like the Glukuz stickers you used to have, which haven't been available for the past two months. Even a printed ribbon or something similar would make it look nicer when we take it as a gift.
2. It would also be great if you could introduce a new model or flavor every once in a while.
Superbe boulangerie! Offre toujours une petite Choquette à mes enfants. Je trouve que c'est une belle attention. Les croissants à l'érable sont divins!
