J'étais une cliente fidèle & je passais très souvent acheter chez eux. Malheureusement, je trouve que la qualité a baissé.
La dernière fois, j'ai acheté une tarte au citron qui n'avait presque aucun goût de citron. Aujourd'hui, j'ai acheté une chocolatine aux amandes qui semblait avoir été congelée puis décongelée. Elle ne donnait vraiment pas l'impression d'être fraîche du jour.

Étant une grande gourmande avec un palais assez fin, je remarque facilement ce genre de différence. C'est dommage, car j'appréciais beaucoup votre boulangerie. J'espère sincèrement que vous retrouverez la qualité qui faisait votre réputation au début.

Service is great but the Croissant are now awful. They were great during summer 2025 but disgusting in May 2026. We tried again today & they taste like in May: very salty & no taste of butter, terrible. Glukoz had the best Croissant in the Montreal Region but no more. A great loss ...

Parmi l'une des commis, elle est incapable de donner correctement le change dans la main du client. Une chance que j'étais là pour aider ma mère qui a de la difficulté à se pencher, parce que c'est certainement pas cette commis qui s'en fiche complètement. Dommage, j'aimais bien cette boulangerie, mais il semble qu'ils ont pris du personnel qui ne connaît rien en la courtoisie & le service à la clientèle.
