Meilleure que le compétiteur de Montréal. Restaurant assez grand pour manger sur place, sans être tassé comme son compétiteur Montréalais. Commande pour emporter disponible. George's Deli,

Smoked meats' very good.
Not home fries are meh
Just seems that the dudes gave up on the place years ago sadly .
But yah. If you want a smoked meat it's the best in Laval for sure .

Overall good experience. Had the smoked meat sandwich plate. Generous portions. Smoke meat taste was decent. Quiet & very clean seating areas. Was a bit pricier than expected cause the menu screenshots uploaded are old, but not more than most other places- cost me $30 for the plate & a canned drink.

2025 update: still incredible! Just get medium fat & everything is butter smooth! Very very good smoked meat & fries, was there a couple of hours ago, definitely one of my best spots in Laval. Prices are similar to other places. They was a fat smoked meat sandwich, the fat isn't hard, it melts, absolutely delicious 🤤 always!

Best smoked meat à Laval ! La viande est fraîche, juteuse & délicieuse. L'humble extérieur cache en fait une bonne adresse cachée que seule les habitués connaissent. Je recommande de prendre'medium/fat' pour le goût. Le service est toujours efficace. 🫶❤?

Smoked Meat made & Smoked inhouse. Just as good as that other place & no crazy line ups. George's son's run the restaurant. Nice guys. The sandwich was stacked !!!

Plutôt décevant. Assiette smoked meat mince; smoked meat sec & sans goût, Cornichon mou, salade de chou correcte, frites bonnes & croustillantes, café mauvais (goût d'eau mal propre). Pour 30$, servi au comptoir comme en cafétéria (non aux tables) = Déception.

Some of the best smoked meat I've had in all my years in Montreal. I heard that old man George used to work for Schwartz's before going off on his own to open his own place… & boy does it show! Will be returning there not just for the great smoked meat but also for the incredibly fair prices.

I've been eating here for well-over 20 years. Not only is the deli phenomenal, the staff (family-owned) is friendly & honest. Bathrooms are always clean. If you're in Laval & crave a juicy smoked meat sandwich, this is THE place to go.

Terrible smoked meat. It was so dry, had zero taste, the ketchup was more brown than red. It oxidized. Used to be best in Laval, now it's avoid at all cost. Will never return. Will make the drive to Pete's next time.

If you are craving a classic smoked meat as similar to Schwartz, then this place is for you. Keep in mind it is more pastrami like & in doing so can feel heavier. Inside is clean but dated. I do recommend if you are craving that pastrami like smoked meat.

Great smoked meat Sammie, better then the last time I was at Schwartz. Guys at counter were friendly & had smiles on. If I had a negative it was the fries but I wasnt there for the fries. Wish I got some to go.

The smoked meat is delicious & the amount of meat in a sandwich is too much! Not particularly liked the coleslaw or pickles. The fries are super good, too!

Honnêtement ce n'est vraiment plus bon comme ce l'était, le smoked meat n'avait aucun goût, beaucoup de gras & sec. Je n'y retournerai plus malheureusement.

Staff were quick & friendly, bilingual which helps with my limited French. Smoked meat was tasty & plentiful.
