Je viens ici assez souvent & d'habitude j'ai un bon service & c'est 5 étoile pour moi. Mais hier, j'ai commandé la pieuvre pour la 1ere fois & je l'ai trouvé très épicé & j'en ai fait par à la serveuse qui a complètement ignoré mon inconfort à manger épicé. & à demandé si les autres trouvaient le plats épicés !! J'ai trouvé ça très impoli de sa part, car c'est moi qui a une intolérance... ma cousine aussi le trouvais epicé mais tolérable pour elle. Sa réponse à été de me dire que la sauce "Harissa" effectivement est épicé dans le menu & qu'elle peut rien faire! & elle a quitté ma table sans me proposer une autres option. J'ai donc payé pour un repas que je n'ai pas mangé. Très très déçue du service.
Coming in, the reservation was very smooth & quick to be seated at our table @9:15. Afterwards, we placed our order (1 pizza, 1 pasta & fries) @9:20. We got our fries within 10 minutes but we we got the rest at almost 10:20. It took almost an hour for us to get our food & the pasta was very undercooked. We understand that they might've been busy but it is half full & i doubt it takes an hour to cook both our pasta & pizza properly. The only time our waiter came to check on us, she said it's coming soon & it came 30 minutes after. Very disappointing for a special occasion. The best part: Dj was killing it. Reality: Upsetting & maybe wouldn't come back.

Incroyable restaurant! Nous avons essayé le KEG, steak frite, Houston & rien n'est comparable à Gatto Matto. Le filet mignon est tellement bon, mon conjoint & moi y allons à toutes nos fêtes & anniversaires. Je le recommande fortement
Went here for my girlfriend's birthday, with a group. Was welcomed, & seated in a very cordial way. The food was really delicous. Loved everything about it, but a bit steep of a price.
Only reason why I'm giving the service ;4 star ⭐️ & not 2 star is because Iknow what it's like to be a server we all have our off days. The food was good but not more than that. 3 star is because of the music. It's way too loud. I'd understand if it was easy listening Kenny G but club music at a restaurant. Lol come on I may be old but seriously ? It way way too loud.

You need a university diploma to park at this place. It took forever to find their parking door, & when I entered a parking turns out I have to pay 16$ after 15 minutes (which already passed because I was lost looking everywhere). Then the hostess had to give me a speech on where I parked in return for a free parking pass, but it doesn't matter because it was the wrong door. So her « free pass » won't work anyway. So I got nothing. Doesn't matter the whole place, the night was already ruined by their horrible directions. Really, really, REALLY DISAPPOINTING.
Extrêmement statisfaite! Chaque fois que j'y vais je suis très bien servie, la nourriture est toujours excellente & le prix est vraiment raisonnable vu la qualité! Je recommande vraiment

The grilled octopus was okay - it was chewy instead of melt in your mouth savory. The accompanied Sauce was too spicy to even taste anything with an overpowering vinegar flavor.
The salmon tartare was SO SALTY. It wasn't edible at all -
Filet mignon was cooked to perfection (I asked for rare) but again it was so heavily salted & peppered I had to cut off the whole outside of the meat. The broccolini were so spicy - I think just heavily peppered.. my lips were burning. The mash potatoes did not look appetizing as they were just plopped on the dish & had a puddle of jus floating there in the middle of it. Also very salty.
Definitely over-hyped. Pricing was okay considering the type of food on the menu, but not worth it for the quantity & taste.
Expérience positive du début à la fin, la nourriture était excellente, le service l'était tout autant. Nous avions la meilleure serveuse de la planète & le gérant était en feu ! Un beau bravo à l'équipe du GattoMatto de la place Bell.

Je donne la note parfaite pour: le service hors-pair. Julie était tout simplement magnifique. La cuisine est excellente - le choux-fleur en entrée était un réel délice, & que dire du reste!! & pour terminer, le gérant hyper sympathique s'est assuré que ma soeur (qui fêtait ses 40 ans) profite bien de cette belle soirée. Nous allons revenir assurément! On tombe sous le charme dès que l'on passe la porte.
Nous y somme allé pour la première fois & vraiment nous avons tombé en amour ! Une endroit tellement magnifique, ambiance chaleureuse & feutrée ! Tout est excellent, si vous aimez les pizzas ou pâtes, vous allez être servis !
Les cocktails sont incroyables, n'ayez pas peur de donner carte blanche au barman & mention spécial à Mathieu derrière le bar qui nous a concocté d'excellent & irrésistible cocktail, très professionnelle & très bon mixologue! Mention spécial également à Amélie pour son service incroyable derrière le bar, a l'écoute de ses clients... toujours souriante ! Nous avons été servi comme des Rois!
