The food was tasty & their alcoholic beverage (sangria) was a treat. Our waitress was friendly enough but service could have been more attentive. The restaurant itself is nice with its decor but it is way too dark! I had to bring the menu extremely close to my face to read it. Also, the music was obnoxiously loud as there was a DJ. We could not converse even with the person sitting next to us. We felt like we were in a nightclub. We saw waitresses taking shots with the patrons as well. Not very professional. I wouldn't recommend coming here as a family or with kids.
J'y suis allé avec ma copine & tout a été correct & nous étions sur la terrasse & au moment de payer la facture le Wifi du resto était hors de portée & ça été plus problématique de payer la facture que de souper Svp réglé le problème du WiFi merci
The pasta was average, but expected more from italian restaurant. The Lamb on the other hand was not tasty, almost grey & the sauce was too acidic(58$) what a disappointment! Also want to mention the small portions & be prepared to pay 10-20$ for parking since there is none in front of the restaurant. Overall it's a fancy cute place but definitely don't go for the food nor good service.

Invitation surprise de notre couple d'amis ! Belle surprise & belle découverte ! L'ambiance du samedi soir était incroyable ! Amélie, notre serveuse, nous a traité comme des rois! Beau sourire, sympathique & efficace, elle a fait en sorte de nous faire vivre une belle expérience ! Nous avons pris un pichet de sangria, SUIVEZ LE ROSE, au melon d'eau pour commencer notre soirée... rafraîchissante & délicieuse ! Nous avons partagé deux entrées, le CHOU-FLEUR CACIO E PEPE (après ça vous allez adorer ce légume ! ) & CALAMAR FRITTI (tendres & goûteux). Repas principal, LASAGNE À 50 ÉTAGES, RIGATONI À LA VODKA ROSÉE & menu spécial, SAUMON GRILLÉ SAUCE BÉARNAISE . Tout était chaud & délicieux. Shawn, le propriétaire nous a gentiment offert un shooter au melon, exquis! On voulais passer le dessert mais... On s'est laissé tenter par le MI-CUIT AU CHOCOLAT , wow! & pourquoi pas un shooter Hot Shot ! Le décor est magnifique, la musique n'est pas trop forte, la terrasse est belle & le personnel est sympathique... Tout pour passer un bon moment ! Oh! Le stationnement est à la porte 13, sous la place Bell & il est gratuit, demandez votre coupon à votre serveuse. Merci, il y a longtemps que je n'avais pas passé un si beau moment !
Held a 40+ person event at Gatto Matto & it was great. Ara, our contact person, was very helpful & accommodating, promptly answering all my questions. The service was great, the food came quickly, & everything was delicious. I appreciated that they were well-equipped with a large team to serve our group. The staff managed everything with ease. The guests loved the restaurants decor. The floral wallpaper made for a great background for pictures. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend Gatto Matto for any event!
On s'est pointée tard sans réserver, il y avait quand meme beaucoup de monde pour un soir de semaine. Un peu bruyant comme endroit pour se parler. J'ai bien aimé leur plats de pâtes. Un peu cher mais ça vaut la peine. Le service était un peu lent & peu attentionné.
Party of 7 Food was very good very tasty The pasta was delicious Rigatoni vodka sauce & linguini frutti di mare was the popular choice Drinks were very refreshing & large choice Service was a bit slow but it was really full & bustling with people Nice ambiance good music A must try !! Parking is no issue there's indoor free parking with ticket validated by the restaurant.
Nous étions 2 . Un soir d'événement à la Place Bell , resto plein mais bon roulement pareil & temps d'attente raisonnable. Sangria excellente , pizza burrata & pistache wow coup de coeur , les frites parmesan & ail je ne les reprendrais pas . A 14$ quelle déception de recevoir des frites congelées.....& le goût d'ail & d'épices peu présent :/ Déco au goût du jour , lumineux , féminin . J'y retournerais !
Absolutely loved this restaurant! We started off with drinks : the lychee martini, Classico caesar, blood orange mule & the paloma. All were received very well but the paloma was stronger than all the rest. I then got my appetizer, fried calamari & I loved it! Perfect crisp. For our mains we got the rigatoni pasta, 50 layer lasagna, seafood linguini & the margherita pizza. The two girls who got the lasagna said it was just average. The pizza & rigatoni were amazing though. I had gotten the seafood linguini & it was also average to me. I loved the shrimp & calamari in it though. Our waitress was super sweet & the service was good. The inside of the restaurant really makes it what it is. Just beautiful!! We had a concert at Place Bell the same night, & the restaurant was right next to the venue, so it was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone who is in the area.
