Service excellent & la nourriture delicieux! Le filet mignon avec le St-Andre & confit d'oignon est a tomber par terre !

Jamais decu quand on va au Garage ! Meme nos amis de Quebec ne jure que par restaurant quand ils viennent nous rendre visite !

Food was good, prices are reasonable. They need to invest in A/C or heavy duty fans.
My wife was interested in a pasta with Smoked salmon, she asked if the salmon could be tossed on the grill for 30 seconds just because she like it's a little more cooked. Unfortunately that was too much to ask, the cook was unwilling so she chose another dish. It's the little things that make all the difference.
We will return, just giving small feedback.

Cheeseburger: Encore un autre bistro qui veut respecter la règle du MAPAQ, soit de cuire la galette de boeuf 'bien cuite'. Résultat: Désagréable en bouche vu la Viande hyper sèche & sans goût. Même le Chef m'a dit qu'il préfère la cuisson médium-saignant... mais seulement quand il l'a cuit chez lui à la maison. Les frites étaient superbement dorées & croustillantes.

Service: Ca pris plus de 20 minutes avant de recevoir mon plat & ce, malgré qu'il y avait moins de 10 personnes dans le resto. Service correct... mais lent & nonchalant.
